We stayed here for four nights while fly fishing on the Bitterroot River. Trish is a gracious hostess with a desire to make your stay as memorable as possible. Our room was quite large and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Woods surround the B&B with deer and wild turkeys milling about. There is a delightful screened outdoor sitting area for reading, an afternoon glass of wine and conversation. The breakfasts are varied and delicious and Trish also offers wine and nibbles in the afternoon before you head out to dinner. She enjoys interacting with her guests and is a wealth of knowledge about the many things to do and see in the surrounding area.
We left an iPad behind and Trish immediately offered to send it to us, which she did in short order. Thank you, Trish, for your quick action in getting this back to us.
Victor is a very small town with limited dining options but Hamilton is just a few miles down the road with many recommendable restaurants. We did, however, have a very good steak at the Victor Steakhouse one night.
We are very happy that we found this friendly and comfortable B & B as we return to this area almost yearly to fish the Bitterroot river. For anyone interested in fly fishing the Bitterroot we can highly recommend Jenny West of Go West Outfitters. We have fished with her expert guidance on four different occasions and find her to be an excellent guide.
We had a very pleasant experience at Time After Time. Trish was a fantastic host- welcoming, warm, interesting, and caring. She preemptively sent detailed driving directions and dinner options in town. We arrived a bit late after a long day of driving and Trish kindly provided us with a refreshment and snacks. Her property is very peaceful; we walked along the trails in the backyard before settling in in the screened in porch. We had a great chat with Trish who is a great balance of interesting and interested! Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom (though you may need to share it depending on the rooms filled) was spacious and clean. We slept great and had a fantastic breakfast (so delicious!) with the other guests. Trish knows the area like the back of her hand and even took the time to help us plan the next portion of our road trip. Overall, I absolutely recommend Time After Time to anyone in the area and know that I would love to return myself.
Trish is a font of local lore and great stories -- and how she loves to talk. Beautiful grounds just a bit off the main highway amid old trees and wildlife. Trish served a lovely breakfast. Room very comfortable, and a good mattress, but be prepared for idiosyncratic decor. Our room was Africa-themed, stuffed with artifacts and exotic furnishings. Also be prepared for clocks ticking and chiming away -- her clock collection explains the name. Better than cowboy art and hats; a fun place to stay.
I was in the Safari room and it was wonderful. The location is so serene and off the beaten path, but close enough to Victor and Hamilton if you need to go out for anything. Trish was a great host, and we struck up quite a few early morning conversations. Breakfast was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit.
Trish is a great host, very friendly and she makes an amazing breakfast. I stayed in the Safari room which is very cozy and the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. The porch is a nice place to sit outside. Had breakfast with Trish and the other guests staying at the B&B which felt like family, a true home away from home. Trish had lots of useful travel tips and even a map for me. I got a nice cold beer when I arrived, a fresh pitcher of iced water for the night and a piece of cake to take along when I left.
