Just ask about transfer at the front desk and they would gladly assist you. Clark airport is about an hour from the hotel.

Stayed in there Double De Luxe room last January 4-5, 2020:
1. Room is very spacious with veranda.
2. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a really good sleep.
3. Bathroom has a good size as well with complete toiletries. However, there were hairs inside the toilet and was not cleaned thoroughly.
4. TV and fridge are available in the room.
5. Toilet has bidet.
6. The service when we requested for a bucket of ice was slow. It took about an hour before the bucket of ice arrived in the room.
7. The check in took some time but the check out was fast.
8. Staff in the restaurant were friendly.
9. Breakfast buffet was really good. A lot of good options.
10. Pool is good but I think they don't have heater since the water was very cold when we took a dip at night. It also gets crowded because they offer the use of the pool for a fee to non-guests of the hotel.
11. Location is very good. Very close to the boardwalk and popular bars and restaurants in Subic. Royal Subic (duty free shop) is just walking distance.
12. Sufficient parking space.

I believe this is the most decent and best place to stay in Subic. Will book here again when I come back.

Stayed here in October, and enjoyed a good stay with free welcome cocktail. Nice well appointed room and good bathroom. Room had annoying lighting in the ceiling which we could not turn off.
Hotel is not located on the beach, but about 200m back, surrounding area is wasteland awaiting development. Great Pool area but there was no shaded area even in the Poole bar area. We had disappointing lunch in the pool bar and had to complain, burgers were raw...... Breakfast was ok. main bar was nice and staff were good.

I had to visit a friend in Subic so I decided to stay here for an overnight.

I'm a Best Western Rewards member, so while writing this, I do compare it to the other BW properties I've stayed at.

The checkin experience was mostly good, although the porter had to run downstairs and get a new key as the initial one didn't seem to work.

The room itself is small but the decor is respectable and you can get a good night's sleep.

The hotel has a good on-site restaurant which I had a late dinner at. The breakfast is good too. No complaints there.

Internet is acceptable but not spectacular. Slow internet is par for the course in the Philippines where the main internet providers claim "fast" like it's a race between turtles.

My chief complaint is although the hotel is decent, having a price north of P5000 (Approx. $100 USD) is a bit much.

Might consider staying here again if they drop the price a bit.

We have noted your comments about the keycard that unexpectedly didn’t work sometimes the RFID Program has a problem which we already rectified. We also take note on the Internet, We trully understand that the internet speed is quite slow but we also do take actions on each concerns of our guest as a matter of fact we already upgraded our bandwith allocation to each guest with backup ISP in case that the main ISP shutsdown As for the price, during your stay we are on high occupancy that’s why the price of the hotel room is quite high which the price on our system is automatically yielding. I enjoyed the The Best Western Plus in Subic, BUT!
I had to call housekeeping 3 or 4 times to spray the ants in my room. They were everywhere and getting into my luggage.
Also, the pool and top deck area was a mess and the pool looked like SOUP!
