This is a privately owned campground that offers full hook-up sites, as well as tent sites. Most sites have really great shade and some even have flowers seasonally. There is a picnic pavilion, swimming pool, playground, horse-shoes, volley ball and other games. There is a store (currently closed due to COVID). The owners live on site and are extremely helpful. They will go to your campsite upon check-in and help you back in. This was very helpful for us, as we had a small site on the hillside for our 22 footer. The bathhouse is one of the cleanest I have seen. They clean it every day at 1:00 and it is spotless. There are four shower stalls on women's side with good hot water. There are two washers and two driers in the laundry area, as well as a lending library. There is also wifi and cable hookup, which we did not use. I was especially impressed with the service and attention to detail of the owners. What a treat! The campground is located very near the entrance to the Cherokee reservation, and just off the Great Smokey Mountain Expressway. There is a grocery store, fast food and convenience stores very close by.

Flaming Arrow is everything I look for in a campground. The property is beautifully maintained- green grass to play on, concrete pads at your site to relax as you watch the Smoky Mountains entertain you.
Pool is sparking clear.
Joni will guide you to your site and get you set up in no time. Joni knows every site and knows how to get your rig in.
She can tell you lots of places to see and things to do. She knows the area very well.
The staff will treat you like family and help with anything you need. Playground, volleyball, games and covered pavilion for kids and families or groups.
The sites have plenty of room for slides. There are even covered tent sites.
The campground is close to grocery store and downtown Cherokee.
Thanks for a wonderful month Joni. We will be back

My husband both over age 50 were looking for a place surrounded by trees and boy did we find it here! We loved the fire ring and full hook ups and I honestly believe we had the best view in the whole place! Owner was gracious to let us host Karaoke that actually drew a small crowd of adults and children for some fun family fun. Camp store was a blessing as we packed fast for a last minute decision long weekend get a way. Pool looked quite clean and she had a great staff who were always around cleaning and assisting campers with parking. Do not hesitate and book this place!!
