Our family in need of a break this year, chose crows nest caravan park to stay for 5 days. Very good check in no hassle given a camp map and drove round to our accommodation
A very clean caravan with an en suite and all mod cons . Perfect for adults and a dog . It was centrally heated , very welcome in October. The site is situated a mile from cayton bay and filey , Scarborough and Bridlington easily accessed with car or a bus stop at the end of the drive . Tents are at the top of the hill for the braver customers ! I WOULD recommend this site to any family but would come back earlier in the year as a lot of the facilities were unavailable for Oct as to be expected.

Camped for 3 nights, site ok, showers and toilets clean. No monitoring of camping area to ensure distancing we came back one day to tents pitched very close to either side of ours, to the point guide ropes were up to our tent, was plenty of room elsewhere on site so was really no need to pitch so close, can only assume it was to get a sea view. Thankfully we were leaving the next day. Did appear to be lots of large groups and frequent wafts of cannabis. Wouldn’t go there again

Just home from a lovely trip. We set up out trailer tent directly overlooking the sea for some wonderful views.
Plenty room, nice clean toilet and shower facilities.
Fantastic on site fish and chip shop and nice little shop on site too.

We had day trips out too.

Only criticism would be the noise on a night til 230am Thursday and Saturday. Only let off on Friday was
Could do with an enforced curfew on a night. Unfortunately there were a few large groups that all amped together making a lot of noise.

Lovely to climbdown the cliff face the site overlooks. There are lots of seals that come up really close.

Decided to dig out our camping gear and booked 5 days at this site near Scarborough. We were a bit worried about having a holiday due to the covid situation and using shared facilities on the site.
The site is really nice with a fantastic view over the sea. We were with our friends and had two pitches both with electric hook up. The pitches are large and easily took our 4 meter by 7 meter tents. Be warned our pitches were on a slight incline and we needed to alter the direction of our sleeping arrangements. The amenity blocks were only seconds away and they were excellent with plenty of room and cleaned regularly. The whole site is well looked after and organised. A well stocked shop on site and an excellent fish and chip shop, all with social distancing rules in place. The camp site is well placed and we visited Whitby, Filey, Bridlington and York during our stay there and we all enjoyed our stay at this site.
Definitely recommended

Myself, husband our 2 children and 2 dogs have just returned home from Crows Nest following our 4 night stay on an upper pitch. Had a fab time! This was our second stay here, the previous one being last summer before the covid-19 outbreak. The park has done their very best to accommodate for their guests in these unusual times. Only facilities that were closed were the games room, swimming pool and no entertainment in the bar (which was table service only). The toilet/shower blocks were kept really clean everyday. The shop had a one way system in place and worked well. Perfect first getaway following lockdown :) Cannot fault this park and will definitely be returning again in the future!
