I stayed here to primarily to have a shower. The first room we were given had a man in it. Went back down to and told CJ and she gave us another room. Went up there and watched as all of the ROACHES scattered on the walls and the refrigerator. I went to the counter and CJ was friendly and when I asked for a refund, told me that I should receive it back on my card in 7-10 business. This was November 8th. I waited about 2 weeks and called and talked to Connie. VERY RUDE!!!! She said that it was showing "refund processing" and to give it 15 days. . I called two weeks later and talked to Connie again. She said that the refund had already be given and I said "no ma'am" and she said oh yeah, no, it's still saying "refund processing". Told me to call customer service. I did and they said that it was showing that I stayed there!!!!!! I tried telling them that I did NOT stay there. They told me to contact the hotel and talk to them. So I did about another week later. Connie told me the same thing. I just called customer service again today and they said the same thing, that it was showing that I had stayed that night. I asked the customer service rep if she could call and verify that I did NOT stay and she said for me to hang on and she would check. CLICK!!! Hung up on me and didn't call back. I called the hotel and spoke the lovely Connie again and she said that my refund was denied and she didn't know why and couldn't help me. Pay $5 more and stay somewhere else. It is horrible.
Paid for the room, walked in it to sloppily made beds with trash (i.e. beer bottle caps) on top of the bedspread. We were in the room all of 5 minutes and when we asked for a refund were refused. Definitely don't recommend for anyone. Unclean and horrible customer service. Try the super 8 across the street..much more accommodating with clean rooms and much better customer service.
Worst room on the planet! Supposed to have been a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a stale ash tray. There was NO water, not even in the toilet. Called the desk to ask and was told they had a water leak and had to cut off the water. Why weren't we told this at check-in? We were travelling with a pet and we're required to sign a statement that we would be charged $250 if the pet was left in the room alone. Horrible place, horrible people!
Worst place I have ever stayed for the price I paid for the room. The pool was green and non-operational. The ice machine didn't work. The first room they put us in looked like there were blood on the carpet and the sink still had water in it, that wouldn't drain. It was a sight out of a horror movie. We were just waiting for a man with a chainsaw, or a hole in the wall in the shower area.
Worst place I've stayed for the price I paid.... It smells like wet dog in the room.... One of the beds was so broke down you couldn't even sit on it.... The a/c didn't work worth a crap.... And the water pressure was terrible! I would never stay again!
