The first time we stayed here, we were met with bath towels that were frayed, thin and falling apart. Upon our departure, we left a nice note, letting them know that every guest deserves to have a "decent towel", especially for the $100.00 price. We decided to try this place again, about 2 months later, and were again met with frayed towels. This time I took it to the front desk and asked for a decent towel that did not look like a rag. The lady at the front desk said nothing to me, no apology, absolutely nothing. I helped myself to a decent bath towel and left for the room. We will not be back. For the price, why can't a guest get a decent bath towel that does not look like a rag!!!!! What in the world are the owners thinking. I would like to suggest that they take ALL the frayed bath towels home with them and use them after showering. Maybe they will get the message and understand how it feels to use a thin, frayed rag for a towel. Also, the only ice machine on the property was not working, NO ICE. And the dryer was out-of-order. Just appears that the owners do not take very good care of this place, makes you wonder what kind of corners they cut that are not that noticeable...…...
