We stayed here in March 2020. The rooms are beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the staff is amazing; friendly and helpful. He rooms are very comfortable. Anyone staying in Flores should stay here.
We loved this hotel. First of all, it is immaculately clean from top to bottom. The staff are so helpful and ready to please you. The food is excellent. The roof top bar is an additional plus. The location is perfect-in the middle of the town so it is an easy walk to anywhere you want to. Pleasant room with good air conditioning. Pleasant decor. Same owner as the Jungle Lodge in Tikal. These owners really know how to organize a well functioning hotel. We loved the large decorative flowers well placed around the hotel walls. Hope to return!
Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful spacious and clean room as well as bathroom. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Great place to stay in if you intend to go and visit Tikal. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.
I loved the hotel.
First, I stay for two nights in order to visit Tikal. Then, the experience was so positive, I stayed one more night after a trekking week.
The hotel is colorful, charming and cozy.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable.
AC working perfectly too.
Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant serves excellent food for dinner or lunch too.
The rooftop is absolutely amazing! 360 degree view. Great cocktails too.
Excellent customer service too.
Something to improve?
Safe box in every room. Not only in the suites.
Better options for tours or transfers. They need to improve their advice on this.
The hotel building and lobby have very nice colors and furnitures but the rooms are quite smalls and outdated. Some equipments were broken (faucet and furniture). There is not safety box in the room. It took us 45 minutes to order and receive our breakfast. It was included in our room rate and you have to choose between a coffee or a juice! Quite a cheap move considering the night rate in that hotel.
People at the reception for check-in and check-out are polite but far from welcoming. This is very disappointing considering the usual warm and friendly people we have meet everywhere in Guatemala including hotels and restaurants. You certainly don't feel welcome when checking in! My 3 starts are mainly for the rooftop bar that has a great view, a nice decor, very good and original cocktails and a very nice and friendly service.
I may come bat at the bar but not spending any more night.
