Dante greeted me once I got here and provided excellent customer service made sure I knew where everything was and let me know the best parking and entrance to my room . It is a lovely and very clean hotel ! Definitely recommend
When we made reservationa for this hotel they did not bother to tell us that there are currently NO amenities or services offered....no restaurant, lounge, exercise room, no room service, no room-cleaning service! One little soap in bathroom, NO vent in bathroom (in violation of Austin building codes). The hallways are smelly and our room had a strange odor. The bedside clock was awt to the wrong time...something we didn't figure out until we got up 2 hours too early...wondering why we were so tired! If we had been told what to expect, we probably would have gone elsewhere and returned to Marriott after the Covid scare...but, because of their lack of honesty with us, we will never again stay at any Marriott, I assure you!
Gorgeous hotel with the best service! When you walk in there is a large atrium with 9 skylights- what a surprise. Our room was spotless and I learned that they underwent a $5 million dollar guestroom renovation. - Modern with all the conveniences of in room dining that is surprisingly affordable. Full service restaurant offers an all u can eat bfast buffet and I loved grabbing a cappuccino at the Starbucks. Great experience!
Stayed five nights on business trip. Usually stay at another property, but great deals going here now. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Lounge was small but available 24 hours and well stocked. Evening appetizers were quite good and there was a daily variety. Fitness center and pool are acceptable. Nice large lobby area to sit, with plenty of room in the adjacent restaurant. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.
The lobby was great, but room could use a little updating. Everything seemed clean and well maintained, but there were someone elses hairs on the shower wall which kind of grossed me out. Overall it's a decent hotel, but I'd expect more from a Marriott.
