We have just returned on the 13th sept had a week's stay at boliver hotel is spotless our room was cleaned imacculatly by lovely Patricia you are a credit to the hotel X the receptionist on Thurs evening and Friday morning are so friendly and helpful thank you again a credit to the hotel hotel is in a excellent location we were the only English couple there but we enjoyed that the clientele there was not rowdy or rude was nice to get back to a chilled hotel and able to sleep after the madness on the strip food was enjoyable each evening the waiting staff worked hard Daniella is lovely you get get a bus and boat to Venice very easy toickets bought at the tobbanist only thing spoilt the beach for me was the amount of lucky men every 5mins they were relentless and one tall one was quite insinstant and a bit aggressive in the end I stayed near the hotel pool which was nice and chilled iwe will certainly stay at this hotel again the small eating place under hotel is also a lovely place to eat and you get a 10% voucher off if staying in hotel you can get from hotel reception thank you boliver for a lovely stay we will be back
This hotel is spotless clean and the pool was my fav. All the staff are friendly and the bar under hotel was great too. I would definitely come back. We stayed half board as there wasn't much different in the price the breakfast was lovely and we ate a few times in the restaurant they give you the menu the night before so if we didn't fancy what the had we ate out in a resturant. My only downside was we was put on the 5 th floor in roon 502 it doesn't even have a fan when speaking to other hotel guest they had a fan their was 4 or us in a room at night high up and it was hot would like to see them put fan in for family's. You can pay extra for air con wich most other hotel supply for free also never had a drink instead the hotel bar as whenever I wanted one there was no one serving. All in all I love jesolo and would return to this hotel just make sure I had a Lowe room as when the lift was busy my children found it too hot and tough climbing 5 flights of stairs
We stayed for only one night. The dinner and the breakfast were ok, the room was comfortable and clean, we had a nice view of the see, the personnel was very kind. For a three star hotel it was more then a good quality.
The food at the hotel was unedible. We paid for half -board tried the dinners for 2 night bit it did not get any better. The breakfast was not much better there was no fresh fruit available only what look like a tin of fruit cocktails or peaches in a dish that you could add some yogurt to.First and last time going half-board it was a waste of money. We found a great hotel down the road called Harry,s Hotel where we had breakfast and dinner for most of the holiday the food was lovely. We were lucky ,other guests who felt the same about the food could not do this. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly there is a lot of steps up to reception with no access for wheelchairs or suitcases. The bedroom had only one available socket to charge phones, hairdryer etc and that was in the bathroom which did not seem safe. Trying to charge phones was awkward. The room were spotless and we had fresh sheets and towels every day and the hotel is very close to the beach so it could be a great place to stay if it got the other problems sorted.
Awful pool, dingy rooms, pay extra for air con. Even though we paid for half board we really couldn't eat there. Lukewarm soulless food served in a room reminiscent of a hospital canteen. Avoid the receptionist unless you happen to like arguing. Her response, when I said the internet wasn't working, was "what am I supposed to do about it"
I was quite surprised that top flight were using this hotel.
The pool area had a couple of scrubby plants in the seating area and a type of concrete crazy paving effect which could have done with a revamp.
