We stayed for a night. Mel the host was relaxed and welcoming.
The rooms were modern, very clean and well fitted out. There was a large lounge room and a good size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Its located near Bargara Beach and an easy 10 minute drive to Bundaberg.
This relatively new B&B was a pleasure to stay at. The hosts are good to deal with in reserving your room and unlike most B&Bs you rarely see them again during your stay unless you take the option of breakfast. The interiors of the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The only slight down side is that the air conditioning is in the kitchenette area, so you have to rely on a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a table and chairs placed outside at the front of your accomodation and this can be quite nice to take in the view of the golfers. The rooms are non-smoking, but this can mean smokers sit at the outside table which is bad news for non-smokers in the adjoining room as you’ll have to close your door & windows to stop the smoke drifting in. Otherwise it’s a nice stay and certainly well placed for access to the beach.
This delightful b&b has king size bedroom, ensuite and living room with kitchen facilities, and outside sitting area. Cold breakfast provided with fruit bowl. Check in and check out were quick, and host Mel is a delight. Would highly recommend.
What a little gem! This B&B (you have the option if you want breakfast supplied or not) is fairly new and of course it is immaculate. Plush carpet in the bedroom, great big King Size Bed, Comfy pillows. Has a kitchenette with microwave so you can do your own meals if you want to. The little touches of supplying some weetbix and muesli together with juice and a couple of pieces of fruit was unexpected (no charge for any of this). You can sit out on the front patio and watch the golfers teeing off the 12th tee! Whenever we are back in Bagara we will be staying here again.
