The City Park Hotel rooms are adequate; clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The staff are courteous and helpful. We had the corner suite which was fairly spacious. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Frankfurt an der Oder.
This place I have visites since 1999. Today 2018 nothing has changed. It offers the same small vers and a bathroom which does not let you any possibility to move or to dry after shower. A room without ventilation. In sum not the place does not meet the standards of the west world. Perhaps during the GDR it was the place to be.But time is thanks God history
On a hot summer’s day you don’t want to stay here. The room is decent: clean, proficient, feels like a repainted room from a modern hotel of 30 years ago. With an open window to the street - terribly noisy. But with 33C outside I opened the window for a little fresh air! For that in the room - a large fan. Very fan for the night. (Thus, a very poor night’s sleep.) Friendly, service oriented staff and easy parking, if travelling with a car.
Rooms are an acceptable size, very clean. Bathroom ok, soap for basin and shower provided.
Breakfast (inc in the price) is good with a wide selection of meat, eggs and cheese.
There is a car park (price n/k). We were on a bike tour the hotel has a locked bike room (no cost). It also I believe hires bikes.
has free Wi Fi but it is very flaky.
It has a restaurant (night only, we didn’t use).
Hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Polish border.
Within easy bike distance of Helenesee , good for swimming and golden sand. It also has several little food outlets.
Was here on a business trip. The single room was ok but bed was very narrow and not so great quality. View from the window was to a concrete wall 2 meters away. Nothing terribly wrong but was expecting a bit more for the price. Breakfast was ok, not massive selection but enough to get the day started. Not sure if there are better options in the city but this is fine for a short stay if not expecting too much.
