We stayed here as we were meeting cousins for a reunion and the venue was cracking! The staff and owners were superb and the chef created fantastic meals, even when we ordered a very late sharing plate,,,well done Freddie! The room was clean and tidy and I have never seen a bed so big!...keep up the good work!

Was working around the corner and visited a few times for lunch. To be fair wasn't disappointed. Quite a nice old English pub clean and tidy. Food was nicely cooked and well presented also quite reasonably price. The only thing I would say is make the portions standard. I was with several colleagues and about 4 of us had the...

My friend is the chef here so The Antelope was always the obvious choice as the food is always good and it's local. I booked for a wedding party of 15 to eat here after the ceremony and to stay in one of the room s with my new husband and am so, so glad I did! Linda and Jim...

One night stay in room 8 which is ground floor and in an annex building adjoining the main Inn, so was nice and quiet - even though the bar and restaurant was in full Saturday night mode. Great friendly welcome; very clean room with comfy mattresses; huge flat TV screen; easy adjustable radiator; plenty of power points; and nice hot...

Just returned from a few nights away at The Antelope in Upavon. Would recommend to anyone. Stayed in Room 4 which was in itself a good size, clean with all you would expect from a good Bed and Breakfast pub. It had the superb bonus of a massive en suite with sunken bath and lovely big shower. Overall the room...

Meeting our son for a cheery and brief lunch we found the antelope and were warmly welcomed by the bar lady. Pleasant seating in horse-box cubicles, comfy cushions, cheerful decorations, and seasonal music not too loud. There was a good choice on the menu, lots of interesting dishes and we had a splendid lunch. Our son was delayed and without...

Having selected what we wanted to eat for an early Christmas celebration, we were not disappointed. If you want supermarket turkey, bland pigs in blanket, etc this is NOT the place for you. The beetroot soup was absolutely delicious. I even offered to pay the chef for his recipe but no deal! My friend opted for the goat cheese which...

We have just come back from staying at The Antelope with another couple for two nights. What a relaxed weekend. All staff were friendly and relaxed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The shower ensuite was spacious. Very friendly staff in the garage across the road and small shop just up the road for those little items that we forgot...

We were in the Pewsey area to visit family. My cousin made reservations for us at this lovely old coaching inn in Upavon. We are very happy that he did. We had a very bright big room with a comfortable bed and a very up-to-date ensuite. The price was extremely reasonable and included a tasty hearty breakfast cooked to order...
