Alberta has been hosting my family for years in Antigua and I could not imagine a better space! The location (views!!!) and hospitality are top-tier, especially for the value. Highly recommend!!! Breakfast is always delicious and one can always look forward to a personal chat with the amazing hostess!

It is very difficult to find but once there the views over English Harbour are amazing and only 10 mins by car which is probably a neccessity. The rooms are very spacious and the four poster bed is lovely and comfortable. We couldn't get wifi in the room which was disappointing but it was available in the lounge area and on the balcony. The host Alberta is very friendly and accomodating and she gave us plenty of tips on places to eat etc and even booked a couple of restaurants for us. Her breakfasts were also very tasty. The charge for the room had to be paid in cash which is very unusual, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Alberta is a very kind and generous host who ensures you are well looked after during your stay. I had the villa to myself and greatly enjoyed using the pool and facilities. Breakfast is very tasty and sets you up well for the day ahead. My room was just lovely with lots of attention to detail. It was very comfortable and had aircon.

My husband and I stayed at Arca Villa in January 2018. The owner, Alberta, was very welcoming in her 'adopted country' home. We had a little trouble finding this hidden gem in the dark, our first night. But, realized later it is well mapped out on Google maps. Arco Villa is perched high in the hills over looking 2 unbelievably beautiful harbours. It was so calming to just sit and watch all of the sailboats, yachts, etc. moored in the bay. Yet, the harbours were nearby for restaurants, historical sites, and other activities. Take Alberta up on her recommendations of good restaurants. She knows the best ones! The whole villa is very clean and as previously mentioned-- the electrical outlets accommodate both North American and European requirements. Alberta was very helpful with any questions we had. It was an interesting and fun time to be in Antigua as the Talisker Whiskey Rowing Challenge was coming to a close, while we were there. Rowing across the Atlantic Ocean is surely a challenge! The Antiguan 4 man team came in 2nd, behind the team from the UK. The whole Island of Antigua was vibrating with excitement--to welcome their home team into English Harbour--breaking world records. One team member's parents and one's girlfriend were staying at Arca Villa at the same time as we were--so the energy of the B&B was contagious. But, I have to say all of the guests were quiet and considerate in their enthusiasm. Never did they keep us awake at night or wake us early in the morning. We felt as if we were visiting in a friend's home--especially after she introduced us to her 2 grown children. Alberta was there if we needed something but almost respectably invisible otherwise. Besides being a Picture Postcard Perfect Place-- Arca Villa is calming and restorative. Something my husband and I needed--being away for a week from house renovations, back home in Canada. We would highly recommend Arca Villa while staying in Antigua!

The owner of this bed and breakfast, Alberta, was very welcoming and hospitable. I was shown around the property on arrival and was offered travel books on Antigua for reading during the duration of my stay, but Alberta said that I could even keep them. The views that are available from this B&B are absolutely gorgeous and are of nearby mountains, hills, and English Harbour. The rooms are spotless and very nice. There are two types of electrical plugs in the B&B, the 110V US type plugs and the 220V European plugs. The breakfast that was provided was more than enough and offered many choices, despite it being the low-season in Antigua. This was one of my best accommodation experiences and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit it!
