Booked this hotel early for a five night stay for my wife and I, so got a good deal. As my wife is disabled, we required an accessible room. This had a large wet room with a fold down seat in the shower area. The room appeared to have been recently renovated, and as we have found in the past... More

The hotel itself is good but the beefeater next door was poor so it would be unfair to mark the hotel down due to its performance. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The room was of a nice size and the bathroom too. The room and bathroom amenities are basic but expected as part of the chain. Main plus... More

Stayed with my husband and two young children enjoy route to holidaying in the west country. Checkin was seamless and the member of staff very informative booking us a slot for lunch and dinner just feet away at the Beefeater. The room was large and spotlessly clean, great lighting so we could still see what we were doing whilst the... More

Lovely location, nice big rooms, nice staff, great security. Enjoyed the stay. Could do with a bit more parking. Nice restaurant next door where we had a good breakfast and evening meal plus drinks for very reasonable price.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good sized en suite. Plenty of parking. Very friendly reception on arrival. We snuggled down for a good night's sleep only to realise that there was a continuous humming (possibly electrical) noise in the room. In addition to that there was the noise of some sort of equipment starting up outside... More

The title says it all really. Like all premier inns this is good value for money, only a few miles from the new forest or the beach at Bournemouth. It was quiet, clean and I think recently renovated. Downside, they never can overcome very warm rooms, fans are supplied but are too noisy to sleep if on. The wifi is... More

The Hotel was very comfortable, clean and met our needs. But, what really made the stay memorable was the most helpful, cheerful, friendly, female member of staff that worked in the adjoining pub serving the breakfast. The breakfast was lovely with a huge choice including GF and Soya milk.

Lovely hotel, well placed for the coast and the New Forest (20 mins each) and very easy to find from the A31. Very clean and fresh, friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and ALL YOU CAN EAT!

We stayed here for 4 nights, unfortunately I had a virus and slept more than I had planned during the first two evenings of our stay here. I can say then, without a shadow of doubt that their beds are amazingly comfortable. It was a very clean hotel and the staff friendly and approachable. The free internet isn't very usable... More
