We stayed here last weekend and were delighted with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and allowed us into our room as soon as it had been cleaned (we arrived several hours before check-in time). Our room was great with a separate seating area with sofa and chairs. There was a separate toilet and a modern bathroom. The bed...

As I like to be honest when I write reviews - even very negative ones - let me start by saying the accomodation (comfort room & breakfast) was good, without question. We stayed here overnight with our dog on a trip down through Europe recently, lovely hotel in picturesque area, room very comfortable, breakfast very good and plenty of choice, nice little courtyard, would be good to sit out at in warmer weather, would have no problem recommending this hotel.

The ambience was lovely, in the restaurant there were comfy sofas by a roaring log fire before having a lovely meal and outside it was set around an attractive courtyard. The basic rooms were clean & comfortable and the only fault I...

Arriving at this charming looking hotel, we were ignored by the receptionist three times, who did not end her private phone conversation which could be well overheard. We obviously were the unfortunate ones to end up in one of the old, dark rooms (nr. 6) on the court yard, which has a basic and dated interior. We do not mind...

I was given a lovely fully renovated (or new?) room with all amenities : flat screen, comfy bed, very nice bathroom, plus very quiet and lovely decorated. The breakfast buffet is very complete and offers a wide variety. Very friendly staff, and very helpful too, especially Joan, Jan and Edith! Joan will surely help you out with his knowledge of...
