I'm reluctant to advertise Winforton Court as I'd really like to keep such a wonderful place to myself, but this beautiful bed and breakfast is quite simply the best I've stayed in. Everything at Winforton ticks the boxes for us, from the elegant rooms (we've stayed twice in two different rooms), the excellent breakfast, to Jackie herself, who is...well just...

We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful place. The property is a large attractive B&B, with lots of charm. The welcome we received was excellent, with a pot of tea delivered to the guest lounge within a few minutes. The room we had was huge, with a four poster bed and 2 sofas. The attention to detail was superb...

We booked this B&B late and from the moment we drove up, we were blown away. The architecture, period features, gardens, charming nooks and crannies, window seats; all stunning. Our host was exceptionally kind and no small thing was missed during our stay. We were welcomed with coffee and biscuits after being shown our room, guest library and sitting room....

What a fabulous find! A very last minute decision to attend a friends 50th birthday nearby and we were so luck to find this. Jackie was so helpful from the very first phone call, she even got us details of a local taxi company to assist with our plans. From the moment we arrived we were very pleased that we...

We stayed at Winforton Court for 4 nights as we were attending a wedding locally. It really is a wonderful house - some of which dates back 500 years. The decoration is lovely and it is filled with beautiful furniture and pictures and the atmosphere is just magical and relaxing. There is a very useful library - we were able...

The house and gardens were exquisite and the hosts were extremely attentive. A warm welcome (with tea and cakes) was extended to us. Our four night stay was in a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb! Such an enjoyable stay, in a peaceful, scenic, location too.

My daughter and I stayed at Winforton Court for two nights during the Hay Festival. We were able to have adjoining bedrooms with a shared bathroom, with one of the bedrooms having stunning views over the beautiful garden. The beds were very comfortable, with many thoughtful extras in the rooms. We really enjoyed breakfast at the communal table in the...

We are fussy travellers, and rarely find anywhere good enough to go back to. this is one of the few exceptions and we aim to return again, as we have now found out they have a suite which has a separate room for the teenager. See you again soon.
