We stayed here on a week night as one of us had a job interview in Oxted the following day. David, the host, is really friendly and greeted us with a choice of rooms and a choice of breakfast the following morning. He even dropped a suitcase up to the interview after it had finished in the morning - really...

My husband & I and father in law stayed here for a family funeral. We arrived in the snow and we're made very welcome . The rooms are fine although the double room is rather cramped with bunk beds taking up too much room. It is clean and homely and breakfast was to the men's liking big fry up which...

On walking the NDW we stayed at this nice b&b, which was a bit off trail, but well worth the walk. We were well taken care of, chatting with the owners over a cup of tea in the garden and we also had a wonderful, cooked breakfast in the morning. Overall we had a very nice stay and will recommend...

We stayed two nights in a family room (double plus bunks) with bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Lovely view of the garden and fields from the bedroom and the dining room. We couldn't get wi-fi reception in the room. The TV was in a cupboard so would have been difficult to watch. David was...

You get the impression that this B&B is getting a little beyond the nice but aging hosts. The rooms were small and in need of refreshing, the plumbing what you'd expect in an English home 20 years ago (take turns showering - water pressure and hot water rationining). The towels were without fluff and old. But Bill was an interesting...

My son and I stayed for one night early in June and found the accommodation to our liking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room provided a very pleasant view from the window overlooking the garden and distant pasture. Mr. Gibbs was a gracious host and our breakfast was first class.

We stayed at the Arawa B&B as we were filming a TV program near to Oxted, Surrey, the location is great, beautiful countryside and very nice gardens around property, its a very relaxing place yet close to London. The gentleman who owns Arawa B&B was very friendly and helpful, we could't fault anything! Breakfast was lovely, probably the best I've...

I stayed in this bed and breakfast with my husband because our friends were getting married locally. The gentleman who owns this bed and breakfast is very brash and doesn't have very good people skills. The room is very dated and needed completely redecorating. The family room that we stayed in was so small that my husband could lay in...

David the host is a very nice person and the breakfast is really first class (and we are foodies). The house is on a nice street and the garden is lovely. However, the room and furnishings have seen better days. The room is too small for the small double bed - which needs a new mattress, the decor is tired...
