Struttura moderna e arredata con molto stile. Camere dotate di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno comodo. Per la colazione: macchinetta per il caffè e merende varie. È molto pulito e si trova a due passi dal centro cittadino.

Buona struttura vicino al centro del paese, pulita, ben curata. Le stanze sono ampie e fornite di tutto il necessario, con un bel bagno privato; in ogni stanza c'è una macchina per preparare caffè o bevande calde e qualche merendina per la colazione. Il personale è gentilissimo. Ottime le tariffe. La posizione consente di raggiungere in poco tempo il mare di Ginosa Marina e molte mete turistiche; si possono inoltre visitare luoghi meno noti che meritano di essere visti, come la Gravina di Ginosa o Laterza.

Stanze comode, grandi e accoglienti, dotate di aria condizionata e tutto il necessario per la colazione. I letti molto comodi e la posizione in una zona tranquilla ci hanno fatto riposare divinamente. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Consiglio al simpaticissimo proprietario: un piccolo frigo in camera (o uno grande sui pianerottoli) e una connessione WiFi sarebbero molto apprezzati.

Ottima soluzione per chi ha necessità principalmente per dormire. La struttura è abbastanza recente. Le stanze sono grandi, pulite, luminose e ben insonorizzate. Gli arredi sono essenziali ma non manca niente. La colazione non viene servita in altri locali, ma ogni stanza è già fornita dei prodotti per la colazione e di una macchina automatica per caffè e bevande calde. Ottima soluzione per usufruire delle bevande calde anche fuori orario colazione. Logisticamente è posizionato vicino ai luoghi di maggior interesse turistico. Il prezzo è giusto per quanto offerto.
