We stayed in a lakeside cottage, which was comfortable if a touch Spartan. The kitchen facilities were adequate, the bed was comfortable enough (with a much needed electric blanket!) but the lounge room couch was uncomfortable almost to the point of being unusable.

We stopped at Tarraleah only for one night, after 2.5 hours drive from Hobart. We booked one of the 3 bedroom Art Deco Cottage and this was one of the best accommodation of our trip. Great value for the price and excellent restaurant.
