I have frequented Les Eleveurs for many years. This time with a friend for dinner. Service is fantastic, atmosphere very smooth, food is terrific. Hands down best place in the area. Great job. Make sure you reserve a table, and parking is easy if you come from the North of town, otherwise a one way street will make you go...

High level cuisine with a touch and flair you can only find here at 'les éleveurs'. Andy De Brouwer and his team are working real hard to create a nice atmosphere. Wine and dine like you never did before !

This is the 'go to' hotel when in Halle. Wonderful breakfast offering with great service. It is small, and has a high-end restaurant as part of its facility. A very easy walk from here to the train station, and to the main street down to the old town center. I would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Where can you find a hotel where the owner personally bakes the croissants? Wel, at the hotel des Eleveurs. The owner inherited the hotel from her parents and did an outstanding job upgrading it. As a former local I knew the hotel / restaurant through my parents who spoke highly of it. Now the next generation does it justice. Great...

Stayed here for a week for business -- wonderful alternative to the long trip from Brussels. The facility is so clean! My room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the ladies working breakfast were charming. Highly recommend!!

We stayed one night in this hotel and enjoyed the room with wellness facility (infr-red cabin). The room was spacious, clean and we loved the modern – white with a touch of black – decoration. We appreciated the bed matrass, not too hard and not too soft, just perfect. The bathroom is also very nice, modern and clean (the bathroom...

The outside part with the entry is misleading, you see offices belonging to other company. Once you cross the door a different world appears : a charming small quiet hotel and an warming restaurant (see other review). The rooms are different from so many other boring hotel rooms. They are nicely decorated and equipped with air conditioning (necessary by hot...

This hotel is a very quaint place. Although they have a small amount of rooms, they are still great rooms. In the mornings from 7- 9:30 they have a complementary breakfast buffet. It was an interesting hotel and a nice experience. I would recommend this to anyone.

We arrived too late to have dinner but that didn't stop them feeding us! The chef whipped up a platter in no time, we enjoyed a hot shower and a bath as we'd just escaped a storm! Warm, very clean, very comfortable, and very friendly, breakfast was as you'd expect with a good selection.
