We stayed at the Guest in early April for some Spring skiing and we loved it. The welcome and hospitality of Helen and Steve makes you immediately at ease and quickly relax into your holiday. Perfect food, great location and accommodation. Thanks guys!

It was our second visit to 'The Guest House and Ski Lodge' and like a home from home! Helen, Steve and their two sons welcomed us like 'family' and we had a great 9 days stay with our ski group, warm cosy evenings with log fires, (we were snowed in one night and the roads were closed) no reason to...

My 12 year old son doesn't want us to go anywhere else to ski, as he says it's just like being in his own home at The Guest House. he said that it is the best and friendliest place he's ever stayed. It truly is, except you don't have to cook and clean and do any of the chores... Oh,...

Our family of three children and two adults stayed at The Guest House for nearly two weeks for our summer holiday in Chamonix/Vallorcine. The chalet is beautiful inside and out, being tastefully decorated and furnished, with a delightful garden and views. Our rooms and the shared living area were all comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Helen cooked...

Spent 6 nights here. The whole property has been very tastefully refurbished. The bedroom was lovely with great views from the balcony. There is a large and well appointed 'common room' combining a lounge, dining area and well appointed kitchen. You feel very much at home and it also gives you the option to stay in and eat if there...

We stayed here just one night on our travels. Helen and Steve were very friendly and welcoming. This b&b has just the right feel of clean and relaxed, warm and inviting and comfortable. I heartily recommend and if ever back this way again, would return. Good breakfast.

I endorse the comments of other reviewers. Helen, Steve and family are very welcoming and consummate hosts. We returned home from Chamonix on a cold, rainy (summer) afternoon to a roaring fire. This is such a great experience for us, as is being able to look out at snow capped mountains from the dining/living area where breakfast is served. The...

My wife and I and another couple from the USA were fortunate to spend one night with Steve and Helen in their beautiful B&B. Helen was getting ready to celebrate her 50th birthday, so Steve's parents from England were there. We had such interesting conversations with the family and other guests. The rooms were clean and spacious and the mountain...

My husband and I visited for a weekend away and appreciated the hospitality of Helen, Steve and family. Delicious breakfast, comfortable clean rooms, lovely cosy living area with wood fire to relax in, kind, friendly and helpful hosts... what more could you ask! Looking forward to going back in ski season.

Steve and Helen make the Guest House a wonderful get away in one of the most beautiful settings on earth. Trip Advisor could have indicated that the Guest House was much more remote than Chamonix and other towns in the Alps, however the Guest House was truly a wonderful find. Steve and Helen offer an idyllic location, a wonderful breakfast...
