Just want to say HUGE thank you for this lovely place, especially all Jivana Staff and owner Robin. We had such a fantastic holidays with our two kids this September. My partner and myself just had a lovely three day stay at Jivana. when we first turned up it was raining but the staff where so nice and welcoming and the room we had in the temple house had one of the best views in Goa, Soon the sun was out. Jivana is set in a beautiful garden and the...

I stayed in this place with one of the tours. We were group of six girls and i must say its one of the unsafe place for women to stay there in a small village of Goa. No proper cleanliness each room has a small family of lizards, cockroaches and various other insects staying there. Entire room was dusty. No...

please understand this was the first time we have stayed open during monsoon and we have had some teething problems with this as this is new to us at jivana. i do feel this is a hard review as Jivana has an extensive garden and we do get some lizards and insects that visit but this is the first time...

- too difficult to locate the accommodation, we spent 2 hours with the taxi driver and asked 3 locals and had to pay a local guy to help us out. And whilst we were on the road - the reception was not answering after 7pm. - basic, but not meeting hygiene standards. Given the price, one needs to see a...

When we first saw Jivana, we absolutely fell in love.. Even though it is a resort you have so much privacy that it could easily serve as a pvt cottage too.. This made us stay for a whole 6 months.. We stayed in the top suites that also has the best en-suite kitchen.. Now sadly those 6 months come to...

When we booked Jivana for our 3 night stay, to tell you the truth we were little reluctant and unsure of what to expect. But it turned out great from the moment we walked in to the property. It was late in the noon when we arrived, and ordered a Thali from their menu. It took little time as food...

We were really happy with the location of Jivana. In addition to having friendly, helpful staff and ownership (one Actually loaned us his own personal scooter for the night because our rental was delivered late), the location is an easy ride to any of the great North Goan beaches. In addition it's much cooler, quieter and more peaceful than staying...

Jivana is a nice place to come if you're looking for peace and quiet, or a detox from the Goa party scene. The positives: the rooms are nice and airy (but could use bars/mosquito screens so you can keep them open with no security concerns), the view from the temple suites was stunning at sunset and early evening and the...

Just great! Service was brilliant, the staff were wonderful and breakfast was fanstastic! - It's a bit difficult to find (not all taxi drivers know where it is) - But this is definitely a bonus as you only get the best people here. Stay here if you are in Goa!

We were recommended Yab Yum (on the beach) but as we went in low season they were all closed so booked Jivana. It was lovely, the Garden House is perfect for 2 couples, lovely rooms, outdoor living etc. The breakfast included is awesome (especially the organic coffee)! Dinner is optional and yummy! Only thing is you need to hire scooters...
