After staying for nine nights in this hotel, I can only talk about it very well in many respects. I start from the strategic position, just outside Calasetta, whose center can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes, the port in a quarter of an hour, as well as on foot, in just 5 minutes, you go to the beautiful town beach of Sottotorre. Then the structure, new, with large and comfortable rooms, with a very comfortable bed and equipped with air conditioning (particularly welcome the split in a position not to be invested with the air flow), TV, minibar and hairdryer. Depending on whether it is on the ground floor or the first floor, the room has a small balcony/patio, with drying rack, coffee table and a couple of chairs. Breakfast had a very wide choice of both sweet and savory, certainly above average for a three-star hotel. Completing the positive picture is the large parking lot (there is also an electric charging station), impeccable cleaning and the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff.

Comfortable hotel, with attention to furnishings and details. Excellent breakfast, with both sweet and savory products, every day cakes prepared by the lady one better than the other with the possibility of choosing between at least 5 or 6 different types. For savory omelettes, focaccias, pancakes or vegetable meatballs, salads,… all homemade. Overall, the breakfast is definitely worth the trip. The staff is also commendable, friendly and attentive without being intrusive, careful to ensure that the guest feels absolutely at ease and does not lack for anything. We reported some small defects in the room and they proceeded to implement the proposed improvements within the same day. The room had a spacious balcony where there was a very pleasant breeze. The location is also very convenient: it is 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Saline beach with beautiful water. I absolutely recommend it also for the excellent quality/price ratio.

Very nice, well-kept hotel (it almost looks like a row of apartments) in an area slightly away from the center (about 700m on foot / 15 minute walk). Excellent breakfast, plentiful, on a very nice veranda. The tidying up service is ok. Very quiet and peaceful (if the neighbors in the room are polite). Affordable price even during the August holiday week and in my opinion in line with what it offers. Advice: equip the room with a little more soap for washing (We bought some bubble bath from a market because with 2 sachets in two you can't wash yourself).

We stayed at this hotel from 11/018 to 16/08. It is located outside the historic center of Calasetta, but close enough to get there on foot, although the road is uphill and poorly lit. With a not too demanding walk, you can also walk to Sotto Torre beach. For the others, you must have a vehicle, (among other things the Hotel has a parking lot). The rooms are spacious and well furnished and above all clean. Breakfast is varied with buffet service for sweet and savory, with typical Sardinian products. Excellent cakes, different every day. Friendly and helpful staff for any information. Recommendation without problems!

Beautiful hotel, very cozy and clean, with large rooms equipped with every comfort. Located in a strategic position that for lovers of walks allows you to reach in 15 minutes the historic center of Calasetta. Staff helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast nothing short of exceptional presenting great varieties of sweet and savory. Very convenient also to reach the beaches in the surroundings a few minutes drive. Equipped with parking practically attached to the building. Highly Recommendation!

We spent a few days in this hotel and were treated very well. The rooms are spacious, with balcony and windowed bathroom, clean and complete with every comfort. Breakfast, especially for the savory, is delicious and served with courtesy and availability. While I really like the preparations with eggs, which were not present, I did not miss them much thanks to the good assortment of scones and other delicious tastes. Good!

"The typical hard floor finishes used in Sardinia are not the best to contain impact noises...so sometimes peace and quite depends on the behaviour of who is staying in the room above you, if you want to be sure of getting peace and quite stay in a room at the top floor ( the hotel has ground and first floor rooms with independent entrances)."
There are more places to choose from in the Calasetta area.
