The hotel is located a short walking distance from the Nagaoka Shinkansen train station. We had a lovely stay the staff were so friendly and kind. I had told them in advance that I had coeliac disease and oh my, they went to so much effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. They bought special rice bread from Niigata, Tamari...

This hotel is conveniently located steps from the Civic Center, which on weekends will always have some sort of cultural event, art display or food court. I have visited this hotel many times now. The staff and management are always helpful. Its location close to the rail station and the main area of the city make it an excellent facility for the koi buyer and visitor alike.
