I have stayed in this hotel over 20 times and have always enjoyed it. It makes a big difference to the other local hotels which are business hotels, which are fine but sometimes you just want something more. The reception staff are great. WiFi everywhere and hard wired in the rooms. Breakfast is decent too. My business also means that...

Regardless of the city I stayed in Japan, this hotel chain usually supplied the same high standard. Same this time in Nagaoka. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms ok considering the remote location Nagaoka. Staff is very friendly. Very nice.

Very close to the station. Bit dated but comfortable enough. Rooms fine, good internet, very clean. Main restaurant does a lot of Western dishes; little else on offer in town so expect to eat in the hotel a lot. Breakfast buffet fine. Nice bar with a good Happy Hour. Staff very helpful.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights on a work trip. I had a double bed room, which I highly recommend if you are a Western traveler. You're in Japan...everything is compact, but the room is comfortable. It has the typical robo-toilet, decent amenities and you can actually move around in the bathroom. The A/C is sufficient and the...

The single room was small but comfy enough for sleeping and showering/bathing. Although if you got the room at the far end, you'll probably will get low to none wifi signal, unless you stay close to the door - which is not very pleasant. However, in the next day, I transferred to a double bed room, it was very spacious,...

The room reminded me of a room in a small recreational vehicle. Everything you needed could be easily reached. Bathroom was small, but had a nice soaking tub. Was in the region on a koi buying trip so not much time spent in room. American breakfast was very nice. Good selections available both American and Japanese style. Great service, however...
