We got there because we couldn't make it before the park closed (18pm). The camping is well situated, 15 min away from the gate of the park. We camped with our own tents, we had a place to cook (with a sink, water, light and electricity). The place for the tents is not very beautiful but for spending the night...

Rooms were big and good value (I'm not sure if we were upgraded, as we were travelling with friends, and given a cottage with an interconnecting door - which isn't what we initially booked) they had big comfy beds, and also a seating area inside. In both of our rooms we found it hard to have a hot shower, despite...

Overall punda milia is the place to be its serenity and amenities available.Perfect bush camp for a barbecue or a night with friends and family beside the fire place......Makes use of traditional stuff from the huts chairs tables and the lighting.....perfect place to unwind plus you can do your own meals ....the only hindrance is the small swimming pool

This is a basic camp site with friendly helpful staff. If you upgrade to a tent with your own bathroom, it's outside at the back of the tent. It's a bucket shower so only has hot water if the staff have remembered to fill the bucket with hot water. If it's cold, let them know while it's still light and...

Enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hippo cottage. The staff were so hospitable and warm. The dogs need to be more active though lol. The creativity in the house is exotic. Food was amazing but the need o have more variety of drinks at the bar. All in all it comes highly recommended for all kinds of people.

It is a perfect place if you are an adventurous guy. The owner are amazing and really easy going. There was some interesting discussion all together during evening time. The food is great and the nature around unbelievable. I would like to stay there more to enjoy the nature.

Visited from Boston.Great serene setting. The Staff,The managers (Queen and Danny) are all very welcoming, humble and friendly. The food is lovely. The whole camp is well maintained and taken care of. Great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the noisy crappy city life.

This small camp/lodge has a mixture of tent spots, tented camp rooms, and lodge rooms. Our lodge room was quaint and comfortable, although the windows didn’t properly latch shut, the shower somehow electrocuted you if you tried to adjust the head, and the hot water wasn’t fully working. The owners (an American and Kenyan couple) were gregarious and hung out...

Such a wonderful setting with lots of birds and vegetation. The tents are secluded and comfortable. Hot water in showers. Everything was clean and tidy. The food was really good and there was lots of it. The full breskfast would feed 2. Wish we had time to stay another day.
