Midland has become to me like a second home. The Service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Most staff recognize me because I am a regular, and that makes me feel very welcome. The currently renovation at the hotel has not diminished the quality of service. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I grew up in Nakuru, and have fond memories of this hotel. 1906, it was founded, and many years have gone by. The meat pies deliciously the 30years later! Kudos team Midlands! Shadrack thanks for the service. The Good stuff:- Great service. Space variety(dinner, family hangout, bar...) Good food The Challenges:- Town rise around the hotel. Limited parking spots.

The overall hotel is very good. The main buildings are from the Kolonial times but the inside of the rooms is well renovated. Be sure to get a room with an uneven number! The backside of the hotel is 15 meters away from a very noisy Club/Casino. The breakfast is well and extensive enough. For lunch and dinner the hotel...

I have always loved the breakfast in this hotel. The varieties are good and amazing. Something else is that, they play good music. As it has always been a culture, for returning customers, consider discounts

The Midland hotel is good place. Located at the centre of Nakuru town. Very strategic to the Main highway and proximity to the bus stations. Food is nice, rooms are spacious and staff very friendly. You can stay at Midland hotel and access any other part of the Great Rift Valley easily.

Very good accommodation while in Nakuru county. The only blight is the noise from traffic moving along the main Nairobi -Eldoret highway. Excellent rooms that includes snack, selection of beverages, satellite television and hot water showers. Staff are very friendly and professional. The meals are very well prepared.

The Terrace is great for chicken snack, the service is quick if one is in a hurry. The food was great but they appeared to be understaffed during this Christmas season and not well coordinated. I gave some advice on this.

The Hotel is very good for stay, it is one of the oldest hotels on Nakuru, The service is very nice and ambience is great. It is good hotel for Business as well as family trips. The location is at the highway, so it reduces the traffic and other transportation issue.

There aren't many nice options when staying in Nakuru, but this one is probably one of the best. As others have noted, it's a small, local hotel. I specifically chose it for its location close to meetings I had in town, and because in the picture it had nice mosquito nets. Unfortunately, when I got there there wasn't a net...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You ought to have been offered a room with a 4 poster bed and mosquito net. That was a failure on our part and one we wish to learn from. My sincere apologies. Our new restaurant will be in service in the first quarter of 2017. Our pool and gym facilities will be completed...
