We stayed for 8 nights in this property in a residence formula. Me, my husband and our 20 month old daughter plus our four-legged daughter. We had a great time and that's why we decided to stay one day longer than expected. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bathroom was large and the kitchen was complete with everything (there were numerous pots and pans but I only recommend adding 1/2 more pans and the plug for the sink 😉) we had both a shared and a private balcony available . Modern windows with mosquito nets, fully closing and well soundproofed shutters that guarantee rest.
The greenery of the garden is very well cared for, parking is always available. Both the pool area with numerous, clean and comfortable sunbeds and the very large hydromassage tub are beautiful. To reach the beach we have always used the car (in 3 minutes you arrive at the car park) but you can also reach it on foot if you don't have small children. Supermarket 10 minutes by car both towards Chiarone scalo and towards Pescia Romana.
The sea top x beach width and tranquility accessible even to those of us who can't move without our four-legged companion!

I spent three nights in this residence and basically found myself well: practical and clean rooms, quiet place and good quality/price ratio.
It's a shame that, in addition to the swimming pool, there are no other opportunities for recreation and pastime and that its location does not allow for relaxing walks.
It is a site that can be excellent for swimming on the various beaches around there, which however can only be reached by car.
Service, however, impeccable.

We stayed at this property one weekend and we really enjoyed it, despite the bathing season was over. It is a very nice and spotless property (you can smell clean and not only in the room!), close to the most popular beaches. The Owner / Manager, very kind, directed us to both the beaches and restaurants and had kept the jacuzzi on and warm for us (although we did not use it later) and also explained a bit of local history. A special mention for the restaurant: delicious and with really very generous portions. The courteous and punctual service, and for breakfast the sweets prepared by the cook are really a cuddle.

Absolutely recommended. We stayed a week in a villa, with our 4-legged companion too. Friendly and helpful staff, attentive to people and their animal friends. Exceptional cuisine. The beach can be reached by car, but you are still close enough to very beautiful tourist locations to visit.

hotel in the countryside between Tuscany and Lazio near the sea and the coast of Capalbio. good friendly as well as attentive and quick service, excellent varied and plentiful breakfast served at the restaurant tables. The rooms are sufficient both in terms of cleanliness and size even if they are a little dated and definitely in need of renovation (especially the bathroom).

I was traveling long the coast of Tuscany when I read about this beach and it was round 8 pm I stopped in on one hotel of my list which was fully booked and he said this small elegant hotel will make you happy and yes it's true as if I travel on time back to the 60 the hotel is will keep very very clean every thing in the room clean is in pin first near the beach very quite I had dinner and it was farmer way as the chic said we are farmer not city we eat what we grow

i think the place overall has the right score on tripadvisor. staff all nice and friendly. rooms are simple and clean. the pool area is ok. the location is very good, near the ultima spiaggia and around ten-mins drive to macchiatonda. breakfast in the garden is a plus, also the restaurant was very good (especially for meat) and dinner can be taken in the same garden as for the breakfast. my double room was fairly priced, i think it's a good value for money.

This is far from any resort for tourist, this is how middle class Romans spend a week at the coast. A little off site from other places, only 1.2 km from the beach this hotel was ideal for us with 2 kids for a week to relax with half board. Room was average, but clean with ok AC and normal 3 star features in a hot summer week. The bar at the pool had excellent drinks and service, although the ice cream could have been more gelato than ready made stuff, Food in buffet was excellent with great local slow cook food typical Tuscan dishes. Breakfast was also typical Italian, i.e. sweets only, not a trace of fibers or real juice; but 10 different kinds of rolls, cakes and sugared yogurts and white bread from the day before at best. If you stay here do not miss the local produce shop 300 m south with excellent ham fruit etc. Overall the staff was friendly and service minded, and so nice not to be away from Germans and other foreign tourists.

Ognuno dei nostri 10 appartamenti bilocali con ingresso esterno indipendente (6 dei quali con spazio privato esterno) è dotato di angolo cottura in muratura, oltre a frigorifero, lavatrice, piatti, bicchieri e stoviglie. Ogni appartamento è climatizzato e con bagno privato.

Molti clienti portano la loro bici direttamente in treno e poi ci raggiungono in un quarto d'ora.
La distanza con la stazione è di 6 Km e con la bici si può facilemente raggiungere la spiaggia che dista soli 800 metri, l'Oasi WWF di Burano che dista 6 Km o il Giardino dei Tarocchi di Niki de saint phalle che dista 4 Km.
Dalla struttura poi si possono prenotare escursioni con il transfert per le maggiori attrazioni della zona come i parchi archeologici di Tarquinia, vulci e la Città di cosa, i centri storici di Capalbio, Pitigliano, Sorano e Sovana o per l'argentario e le isole di Giannutri e del Giglio.
