I vacationed at this beautiful resort in August 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, an infinite number of places to visit are easily reachable (Capalbio, Isola del Giglio and Giannutri, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, Saturnia spa, tarot garden, the archaeological park of Vulci, Talamone, etc.. .) even if you feel like staying in the resort and enjoying the pool. The accommodations are beautiful, spotlessly clean, well furnished and with a splendid veranda. Breakfast is from 10. We stayed at the resort in a Comfort cottage for 1 week. Residence only formula. The Resort is charming, well-kept and well located in the area. A few kilometers from Capalbio and the beaches of Ansedonia and Torba. The cottage had a simple but welcoming structure, an excellent Daikin air conditioning system and the only notes: the bathroom was a little too basic and the patio bordered seamlessly with the neighbours' patio so you were "practically" at home others during meals and moments of relaxation. The resort has Padel courts, swimming pool, tennis and five-a-side football. Staff generally helpful and attentive. Fortunately we had not opted for the half board formula as the restaurant was really poor in terms of service and quality both in our direct impression and in that of other residents. By seriously improving the food & beverage area and with some aesthetic attention to the cottages, the resort would really have very high potential.

We love Capalbio. Wonderful village that has always moved us and the structure reflects the charm of the place. The resort is truly beautiful, very well maintained, the cottage spotless, tastefully furnished and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming, available to satisfy any request. The swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and paddle courts are beautiful and well-kept.
Top beds and mattresses. Also thanks to the absolute silence in which we were immersed, we enjoyed a truly regenerating night's sleep!

We spent a week at this Resort near Capalbio convenient to some beaches but substantially away from everything. Kingdom of peace and tranquility??? Perhaps in another period, those who manage the structure thought it best to let us stay next to an area where a beautiful construction site was planned for the construction of a service room. We arrive and the air conditioning does not go, then arranged in the evening, day after work begins: Monday laying beams, Tuesday from 7.30 in the morning trowel and bricks and from 14 hammer and trowel, Wednesday from 7.30 trowel... we go to the reception to explain what is happening and mortified apologize with the promise to provide. From Thursday the construction site goes on, nothing changes and the Friday after 2pm the same scene and new excuses with new promises. Result Saturday lunch background of flexible. On Sunday at the payment new apology, they thought it was solved... yes, the solution was to have sacrificed the stay of a family with a 2 year old for a job to do at another time. Very well looked after resort both in terms of external and internal spaces. The guys at the reception were very helpful and with a smile, they immediately put us at ease and gave advice on the surrounding areas to visit. There are playgrounds, spaces for children and swimming pools. Clean rooms with all comforts.
It's a shame we couldn't use the swimming pool, as it was closed due to the period.

Lovely place in a pine forest ideal for families, clean, well laid out and extremely practical apartments. Unfortunately, given the price paid, one cannot ignore the obvious shortcomings in all services:
- poor breakfast in the sweet part (dry and never fresh cakes);
- poorly maintained swimming pool;
- agreement with establishment definitely to be reviewed.
The evening entertainer for the children is top.
I would only recommend it at lower prices

We paid for dinner and as a first meal we had a very small portion of pasta and as second we had half baked potatoes coming from the freezer and a dry piece of meat not big enough to satisfy our hunger.
