Wonderful stay here with some great memories and the helpfulness of the couple were outstanding. Definitely going to stay there again. Anything needed was provided along with very interesting conversations .

A fantastic place to stay. Just as others have said it's more like staying with friends than as a guest. I turned up tired after a long day's walking and was treated to tea and cake then invited to watch the Man United game with Adam when I got back from having dinner in the village. In the morning I...

Just few steps in, and you'll realize this place is not a B&B but a branch of your family home ! Adam and Frances are two nice, polite and full of live persons. They will take care of you, assisted by the wee Polly. We (I and my 10 years old son) spent 3 days in this place and we...

On arrival we noticed the Tourist Board sticker showing 3 Stars, I think it's about time this was upgraded. Adam, Francis and wee Polly made us so welcome and so relaxed. Nothing was an issue, tea and home baked cake on arrival and a very filling breakfast to set you up for the day, perfect ! This was a slightly...

If I could I would adopt Adam and Francis. They were simply delightful. I arrived after a long journey to home made cake and fresh coffee before getting ready for a wedding about 8 miles or so away. Unprepared I had expected to get a taxi, and similarly on the way home, however Francis helped organise a lift back with...

We didn't see much of our hosts as we stayed here to go to a rather wild party up the Glen. It was fancy dress and Adam and Frances were very helpful with wardrobe technicalities! Breakfast taken with very sore heads the following morning was excellent!

Adam and Francis welcomed us very warmly. Its a very nice and familiar atmosphere in this house, which (in our opinion) was typically scottish. Francis served us the best cookies, cakes and a great breakfast. The room was comfortably with a private bathroom. Adam and Francis are very very nice people, who love to have guests! Its a Must if...

A nice BnB with good facilities. A home rather than a hotel and our hosts were friendly and very helpful about Edzel, its pub and walks along the river. A good place PS there is no pool or fitness centre - I can't work out how to delete the ratings

Adam and Frances greeted us with a nice fire in the fireplace, tea, cookies, and wonderful warm hospitality. We awoke to a wonderful typical Scottish breakfast that was to die for! There were four of us and we were very comfortable. They treated us like family. Strongly recommend this place to all.

Frances and Adam really know how make you feel welcome with that creamy piece of cake and cup of tea when you just arrive. The breakfast is all home-made and more than delicious! We really feel in holiday staying at their B&B. They are attentive and ready for any help or advice. The B&B is very well located, in a...
