Called in for lunch in the pub side of the hotel. Not been for a while. Good to see the food was still to a high standard. We had the meal deal....the two course one. There are other choices. Scampi, chips, peas, tartatre sauce served within minutes, presented and cooked well. Bailey's Cheesecake yum yum. And coffee. I added half...

My husband and I spent one night at the Sitwell Arms as part of a touring minibreak. Unfortunately, although the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, we were on a corridor leading to the hotel's function room. There was a wedding "do" going on and, although there were supposed to be a couple of closed doors between our corridor...

My daughter had her wedding reception here. It was a small wedding with 25 people. It was an excellent meal with a good choice of starters, Main Course and Deserts. They also cater very well for special diets. All 3 courses were nicely presented with excellent quality. The price was good too. It was a weekday wedding, nothing was too...

We stayed here the night before a wedding. The room was clean but the decor was very outdated and bed I 'slept' in was very uncomfortable. We had breakfast and I must say that was Lovely. Staff nice and helpful.

Added pics so you can make your own mind up of the room. Love to tell you what the food was like but every table in the bar was reserved so had to drive down the road to get a meal (was offered dinner in my room but didnt fancy dinner in bed). Redeeming features nice gym, nice grounds and...

We have booked our wedding here and the reception. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is lovely and the grounds very pretty. The room we chose for our reception is a good sized ground floor room with its own bar and a big conservatory overlooking the gardens and the lake. The wedding package for our date nov 2nd 2018...
