Leaving today after 7 days at Snakedance Condos and a week of the most fantastic powder skiing ever. The folks at Snakedance are super nice, with Rachel loaning me ski poles that I had forgotten to pack and always helpful and smiling. Because we are a club group, Roger and Diane, the property managers, hosted us for dinner and drinks...

We just got back from Taos Ski Vally a week ago today! We had a blast! After spending 2 days doing all my homework about where we wanted to stay between Taos, Red River and Angel Fire, we decided on Snakedance condos in Taos Ski Valley. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! Spent 6 nights in a nice1 bedroom condo that was...

We got a handicapped-accessible room, with large kitchen/great room, good-sized bedroom. The bathroom was plenty-big, with a roll-in shower that didn't lose a drop of water out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. Decent view from this room on the back side of the bldg. Gas fireplace. Well-insulated--we needed no supplemental heat even tho night time temp already down...

We orginally made reservations for a studio queen room but were delighted to find that when we arrived, we had been upgraded to a one bedroom king suite. The hotel was very quiet as we arrived in the off season after a holiday weekend. The hotel is so lucky to have Rachel as an employee. She is very customer service...

My husband and I have skiied several places in Colorado the past few years, but because they were short on powder when we booked this year, we opted to return to Taos. This is a great location if your intention is to ski and just hang out at the condo. There's definitely not a lot of night-life, but we knew...

If you are just there to ski, it's a great location. If there is anything you want to watch on TV, forget it. We stayed in 406, a 2 BR lofted condo. The otherwise great living room had an 18 inch TV above the fireplace. Not only too small to see but also low resolution. Hot tub was not well...

We just returned from a 5 day stay in unit #402. This is a 2 bedroom plus loft unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. Fair warning-it is actually 2 twins with a converter and if you like very firm beds you will certainly enjoy this one. There is a master bath with a tub/shower. The second bedroom...

Roger Mariani the Snakedance Condo GM and his wife are wonderful hosts. We came in as part of a ski club and they invited us for dinner down to their home in the valley for appetizers, dinners and drinks. We also got to take in the Rio Grande River Gorge bridge, though I wish we got there 15 minutes earlier....

Pittsburgh ski club booked with the Snakedance owners Roger and Diane. A Snakedance shuttle bus was waiting for us at the Albuquerque airport. We did not have to touch our luggage again until we got into our condo. The hotel/condos are literally steps from the lift. We all received Snakedance fleece vests at the welcome reception and were made to...

I participated with Crescent Ski Council with 138 participants from Ski Clubs from the Southeast US. Snakedance was everything we were told it would be!! Family run by Roger Mariani and his wife, Diana, and their daughters, I have never stayed at a condo complex where we were literally taken in as part of the Mariani family!!! The units were...
