The hotel is an historic building in an interesting location. The tunnels are fascinating! The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious with very comfortable beds and amenities. What stood out for me was the service! The staff were all lovely, helpful and exceptionally attentive. The gentleman who did my check-out was simply wonderful. I unfortunately do not recall his name.

nice location, nice building, friendly staff, somewhat quick checkin, brilliant view from garden to Frankfurt. Service is helpful and attentive. That's on the plus side. However, considering the price level, the rooms are quite outdated/ the look-and-feel of the furniture is low-budget, but plushy. Bathroom is a solid 80ies shower cabin. Clean, but far from design or fancy or spacy....

Right from the beginning it was a great pleasure to stay at this historical environment. The staff is 100% client orientated focussing on client satisfaction. Everything outside was white based on the snow from the days before. The external pool and Sauna area is a must when you want to calm down and relax. It's amazing to combine winter and...

Nice hotel from the outside, nice venue (esp. view from the garden on to Frankfurt), nice garden, however rooms are quite outdated/old. Service is helpful but quite slow (also due to limited staff) Quite pricy rooms - value for money is hence limited.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to review your recent stay at the Falkenstein Grand Kempinski. Visited the Falkenstein whilst in Germany on business. This hotel is situated approx. 30km for Frankfurt city centre and is set in beautiful grounds. The staff were professional but not particularly friendly. We were ordered to pay for each drink as they arrived, rather than allowing a tab to build up. The evening dinner and breakfast were both really good...

Had a flying one night visit after one night in their sister hotel down the road. Lovely place to unwind and enjoy a restful afternoon. The terrace is delightful for dining or drinking! Rooms are a bit tired but the staffs enthusiasm made up for it!

I absolutely am in love with the grounds of this hotel, they are like something from a fairytale. The suite itself though was a bit dated for my liking, but it does add to the charm of the old buildings. Customer service was fairly good, sometimes exceptional, and housekeeping was thorough. We loved the upstairs/downstairs suite we stayed in because...

July was the second time I spent a couple of days this year at this wonderful hotel. The facilities such as the outside pool and the gardens are absolutely stunning. The breakfast offers a great variety and is definitely worth it (my favorite is the triangle shaped bread with the dried fruit and nuts!!) Each time I came with my...

This is a great hotel in the middle of a lush forest area. I thought the breakfast was a but expensive at 30 euros but apart from that it was enjoyable. Best be on an expense account for the price of breakfast!
