This is the most luxurious campsite I have ever stayed at! As a solo female traveller I found the site very safe. The toilet block was spotless and toiletries were included in the showers which was lovely. The pitches were all a really good size, well demarcated with lots of greenery around. Access to the cold water swimming is included in the pitch fee and I made the most of this along with the hot tubs. I will definitely be back. Loved it!

Second time here touring and such a fantastic all round site . Pitches are level , gravel , huge with all facilities on your pitch . Good bus route into Shrewsbury and a walk to some local shops for necessities if required though a busy road there is a path and crossings . Showers are beautiful always clean and warm with piped music with no touch controls for both showers and toilets . Also family bathrooms for sole use at an extra charge which is a great idea . This site puts a lot of others to shame and priced in our opinion very competitive. We used the washer and dryer again our opinion priced about right . Will return and keep returning . In the week it was very quiet which suited us . Love to stay of course we do 👍. Cannot recommend enough . Thank you

Morning, 13annemariew, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. 😊 It's brilliant to know you had such a fab time on your second visit to our touring pitches. Those level gravel pitches are quite something, aren't they? And I'm glad you found the facilities convenient. It's handy having both the bus route and local shops nearby, though the added walk with crossings was noted too. We're chuffed that you enjoyed the showers and family bathrooms. The music and no-touch controls do add a special touch, I agree! Happy to hear you found our prices competitive, and that the washer and dryer did the trick for you. It's lovely you got to enjoy some peace and quiet during the week as well. Looking forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing stay at Love2Stay. Until then, take care! Best wishes, Charlie Ward - Love2Stay Front of House Manager

We stayed in the safari tent as a family of two adults and one two-year-old, and overall, our experience was very enjoyable. The tent was exceptionally well maintained and featured some lovely amenities—a charming log burner, a roll-top bath, and a really decent shower made our stay comfortable and unique. The bonus of free wood for the log burner was also much appreciated.
That said, here are a few points of feedback for future guests:
• Noise Levels: Please bear in mind that the walls of the safari tents are quite thin, so you can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring tents.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub was adequate overall, though a couple of the jets weren’t working. Since we only stayed for a couple of nights, it wasn’t a major issue for us. However, note that the placement of the hot tub can vary by tent. In our case, it was situated at the front of the cabin, so we only used it at night when it was dark for a bit more privacy.
• Security: The front of the tents lack fencing, which means people can walk right up to them. For families, particularly those with young children or pets, it might be worth suggesting that the property consider installing some fences or picket fences to cordon off the area for enhanced security.
• Check-In Process: On the positive side, the check-in was very swift. We were provided with a key fob to operate the barrier and a key for our safe, which made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, despite these minor issues, our stay in the safari tent was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would recommend it for its unique charm and comfort.

Loved reading your review, Stay781858, many thanks. 😊 I'm so glad to hear you had a great time with your family in our safari tent. The log burner, roll-top bath, and shower certainly make for a cozy and delightful experience, don't they? I'm pleased to hear that you appreciated the little touches like the free wood too. You've shared some valuable feedback, and we're taking it on board. We're always exploring ways to improve our guests' experience, and your insights about the noise levels, hot tub jets, and the fencing are really helpful. Great to hear the check-in was smooth and hassle-free! We aim to make arrivals as seamless as possible. Thanks again for recommending us, and we look forward to welcoming you all back for another stay. All the best, Charlie Ward - Love2Stay Front of House Manager

We came here for a short break as a group of six people. We arrived and were greeted by the surly reception staff. As we were early we went into the cafe (only place we were allowed access to) and ate an overpriced lunch in a dirty wasp infested cafe. Not the best start. After checking in, we had to request additional towels and cutlery as the lodge (caravan) didn’t have sufficient. These were brought to us promptly. The lodge was clean and the jewel in the crown was the outside area with a hot tub, hammock, fire pit and seating area. The kids did the paddle boarding which was good value for money but those less confident may want to make the instructors aware beforehand as the majority of the session involved tipping the kids in the water (which ours enjoyed). Guests should be aware that you are unable to park by the lodges and have to park in a car park and walk all your luggage down. This wasn’t an issue for us, however wouldn’t work for anyone with mobility issues. There isn’t a shop on site, however plenty within a short drive and we couldn’t find the advertised spa. Overall the upkeep of the site is excellent, however the customer service didn’t match. Whilst we made the most of the break, we wouldn’t return. The pictures and website are way more impressive than the reality. Note that whilst this is a 6 berth lodge. The bed in the second bedroom is tiny and someone decided a large wall mounted cupboard should be placed there. Even with the smallest of our party sleeping there, there was insufficient room.

Visited last year and it was great. This time was awful. Toilets were dirty, showers need updating so as you can alter the water temperature like the sinks. Water was too hot to be comfortable. A small shelf in the shower cubicles or a chair would be beneficial as there is no where to put yr toiletries except on the floor (unhygienic) and due to osteoarthritis i have difficulty bending down. Drinks & food at the coffee shop were luke warm, staff attitide was unhelpful & unfriendly when we asked them to re-heat it. Safety - lots of unsupervised kids on bikes & scooters zooming around the roadway and just leaving them abandoned in the road so not safe for them or drivers. No wifi, asked twice about it and was told its works on "radar" and our pitch was in the worst area for reception. Absolutely awful and will not be returning. If you are going to charge high fees then at least make sure your site is worth the cost and staff need to be friendly & welcoming not miserable & unhelpful..

We booked the Isabella awning to use with our campervan. The idea is a good one, the sofa, dining table and fire ( especially this weekend) were very useful. There are cushioned pillars to use in the doorway to the van, But there are no instructions and the Velcro has seen better days, The curtains have also seen better days and the outside blinds only fasten in the middle so when it’s breezy they flap noisily. £88 per night seems excessive in the high season, but for a weekend in early March it is totally overpriced. There is no disputing the facilities on site are excellent. The toilet block in particular is one of the best we have seen. The pool area etc looks very nice, but a simple campsite shop would be useful, especially when you have forgotten an essential ( milk). The dog walking area is good, but we struggled to find a dog poo bin on our walks around the site. We liked that the dog was welcomed in the restaurant in the leisure shop and the 10 pm noise curfew was adhered to. I am sure this site and it’s facilities will suit lots of people ( young families I would imagine) and the glamping and lodges do look very good, but I can only base my review on our experience and this is heavily clouded by the price we paid. On booking in we were told there was a video on you tube to watch about the awning ( who knew ), we were handed passes but no explanation on how to use the barrier, may seem petty but they all work differently. In the brochure they give you when you arrive they recommend The Riverside Inn, it was indeed very nice, dog was allowed in the bar area, but same food as In restaurant. So it would be unlikely that we would return to this site to use the Isabella with our van. The location, close to a busy junction is not ideal, however the local villages and stately home (Attingham Park) are very impressive.

Thank you for taking time to send us your feedback. We have recently finished giving our Isabella awnings a bit of a freshen up, these are our most popular accommodation option and its hard for us to get in to give them much needed TLC. We have Dog poo bins dotted around the site but away from the main pitches for comfort of guests, I have passed your feedback to the Park Manager to review whether we have enough on site. We have tired to operate a small shop on site but it always sadly results in more loss than sales, we can only assume because we have fantastic choice of shops around us. But again this is one of the things we are constantly reviewing. We recommend people watch the video as a visual aid to explain how to connect to the awning often the simplest verbal description can be confusing as its not as simple as simply driving next to it. Once again thank you for taking time to send us your feedback.

We purchase our new Caravan from Salop Leisure and what a pleasure it was Harry Fox & Paul Simpson we a delight from the moment we purchase to the hand over. We received a compliment night at Love 2 Stay upon collecting our new caravan we decided to book a extra night. Well what a amazing place pitches are big there is also eco pod and glamping. the toilets and showers are spotless the shower cubicles are massive enough room for a adult to shower as well as a couple of kids at the same time plus a massive drying area in the shower. There is hair dryers as well as a small bath area for babies to be bathed in. There is a outdoor pool as well as 4 x hot tubs free to use and a heated outdoor pool for kids with a sand beach area. The bistro is brilliant and reasonability priced from homemade milk shakes to pizza oven fresh pizza it is dog friendly. The staff are amazing as well. There is Paddling boarding you can book as well as art and crafts for the children a outdoor cinema. A bare foot walk and dog trail walks. We loved it so much we booked another night the following week a deffo must do place.

We've just come back from a family stay, 2 adults 2 kids. Pros; The lodge is gorgeous. It's decorated tastefully, and is really modern. There was a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The hot tub was great. The bio pool was a hit with my kids. I imagine on a boiling day it would be even better.
Cons; The lodges are metal. It's boiling. The 'second bedroom' is 2 mattresses on the floor at the top of the lodge. Its not comfortable and even hotter than the rest of the lodge. My daughters' knees are bruised from crawling on the hard floor to get in to bed. There is no regular pool. The bio pool is like ice and the pool at the beach is inches deep. You get 1 toilet roll, take more. You get one set of towels for the whole stay and one small heated towel rail to dry them. It is so hard to get all your towels and swimwear dry. They cut the grass in your garden at 9am, even though check out isnt until 10. And even on the day youre not leaving. Don't expect a lie in. They don't use a box so grass gets all in your lodge. The hot tub is checked all hours too. Essentially no privacy at all there were men outside of the huge glass windows every day without explanation.
This would be lovely in winter. You can use the hot tub and snuggle up, there is a lovely fire in there. Summer absolute no no for us. Its too hot both for to use the hot tub and to sleep. Our lodge alsoended up full of flies. Maybe provide bug spray?
Reception needs some work on customer service. Please don't say "what do u want me to do about it", but the manager was very nice and did his best to rectify issues quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your stay. We are sorry to hear that it has not been to the standard we strive for you to have with us. Our bio pool is a cold water pool, we do not have an indoor or outdoor heated pool. we only have a heated splash pool for young children on the beach area. All towels can be swapped if needed during your stay and more toiletries brought to your lodge on request. With regard to our times of maintenance and reception staff, this has been passed onto our management team for review.

Shame about the showers. Had to complain twice that water was cold. Also at times water refused to come out despite trying the sensor. So, as other reviews have stated, I feel that having paid the expensive price to stay here, the basic ameneties of a warm shower should certainly be available. Decided to leave night before departure so that I could have a warm shower at home!! Also despite signs of “no e-scooters” these were still used. We had a near miss when a teenager was right behind us and as we indicated to turn left and slowed down to reverse into left side pitch he overtook us on the left! Unless they sort this out a terrible accident is waiting to happen. Pitch itself was excellent but the issues menioned out weigh this and made our stay rather disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our park. We can only apologise that there was a lack of hot water during your stay, we experienced some issues with our BioMass system which took a little while to resolve and we appreciate that this must have been frustrating and unpleasant for our guests. We do stress to our guests on arrival that the use of e-scooters around the park is not permitted and whilst we have staff members out on the park who would, of course, enforce our park rules we are also reliant on guests bringing matters such as this to our attention at the time so that we can take immediate appropriate action. We can fully appreciate that it must have been quite concerning to have someone undertake you whilst you were manoeuvring. We sincerely hope that you will consider a return visit as we would like for you to experience a fully working amenities block.

I was fortunate enough to have had a wonderful two week stay in one of the shepherds huts, along with my dog who was also very at home!
We arrived and after checking in was directed to our hut, it was warm and cozy, spotless with all of the essential items for basic cooking, tea/coffee & milk and even a box containing a dog welcome pack which was a lovely touch.
The hut contained a tv, hot tub on deck -(maintenance checked every day) board game, Smeg toaster & kettle.
I purposely went to relax and utilised the on site swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi along with the gym. Lots of walking in the local area with many books read…total bliss!
Enjoyed a pre-booked breakfast one morning too-delicious.
The staff no matter what they did were all so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome and safe.
The hut was spotless and housekeeping team all so friendly.
I was sad to leave and can’t wait to return.
