This agriturismo is a renovated masseria with a lot of outdoor space, pleasant country surroundings, a lovely private sandy beach a short walk away and a helpful an friendly staff. A comfy place to hang out with beautiful and interesting sites, like Siracusa or Noto are just within easy reach, a half hour drive away. They tend to have seasonal...

This agriturismo, set in a turn-of-the-last-century masseria, is a wonderful vacation spot, modesto ma sincere--clean, comfortable, air-conditioned. The physical surroundings are beautiful--cultivated fields, groves of trees (including carob trees), and, above all, il mare! If you are staying in the rooms in the main buildings, beaches that are part of a nature reserve are a few minutes walk down a...

This was the first agriturismo vila, we staid in Sicily and thanks to it, we did not come back to ordinary hotels. the sand beach on the left and stones beach on the right are just perfect. and it can be said, that they are kind of ''private'' for the vila guests. dinner was superb!

Nice and quiet place very close to the sea and the treasures of the area (notto, syracusa, ...). Excellent breakfast with local products. A place to stay for more than a day.

This agriturismo is located directly on the sea shore, with direct access to the beach. The buildings are charming and nicely renovated, the food is excellent and the staff is very helpful. You can spend the day on the beach or on the cliffs, and to the historic town of Siracusa it is just a few minutes drive.

Masseria sur Mare is a special hotel, made with good taste. They serve lovely local dinners and breakfasts in door and outdoor. 5 minutes walk to a nice beach. Nice female personel gave us good service and nice servings. You should have a car or hire a taxi in advance when coming there.

This is basic, clean and quiet accomodation. It is about .75 km from the sea, in farmlands. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The meals are a fixed menu, local dishes, but plentiful and good quality. The staff were very helpful. The GPS location (using the list of accomodation in the GPS) in wrong, it puts it in the center...

A very nice clean, but basic and quiet. It is an agrotourismo after all. The food in the restaurant is very good simple local specialities. A fixed menu with no choices, so if you are fussy be aware. There is no TV (hooray) so prepare to read, talk and relax. The local beaches includes a lovely sandy one, as good...

When I first read the online critics it sounded rather promising, however, we were quickly disappointed. There exists a big gap between the wonderful premises (near the seaside, green pastures) and the dreadful service. However, in order to make up your mind I will list a set of "pros" and "cons": PROS: the Masseria is located in the outskirts of...

We stayed here for 4 nights - and had wonderful sunny weather for March which really made our stay great. All the staff were very, very friendly, even the farmworkers gave us a wave. We stayed in the cottage Ares, and we loved having our own patio. The room is fairly basic, there was a fridge but no TV -...
