This family run minshu serves good quality food painstakingly prepared. The quantity was so much that we had to decline the rice served.The owner and all their staff were friendly and caring. The minshu is located in a charming onsen town

We stayed there in order to enjoy their hot spring. Bathrooms were old and small, but we liked the water. The dinner was voluminous and we tasted some local specialties. Actually, we didn't realise it because they didn't say anything and we knew it when we were looking through their information files after the dinner...

The staff were very friendly and they have beautiful quilts decorating their walls. The dinner & breakfast (included) were average, but not up to the standard one can expect at most Japanese minshukus or ryokans. What really turned us off was the filthy heater in our room....its filters looked like they'd never been cleaned.
