Maybe my expectations have been too high after such bright reviews on booking.com. The Amazigh Hostel is good for short stay, people are nice and helpful. But unlike it is said, the Wifi is only available in the Lobby area (where also the kitchen and places to eat can be found), and here in the Lobby area you can sit...

We don't ordinarily stay in hostels as a family, but we tried this one out. It's well-located in the town to walk to restaurants, the local market, the castle, and on the trail for the Rota Vicentina. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We happened to stay there when there was a large group of children staying there for...

I have a lovely three nights here with my boyfriend in a private room. The room and bathroom were nice, large and comfortable. The staff and other guests were all super friendly and the place had a relaxed and nice feel. The kitchen and lounge area were also always clean and tidy. The hostel was a short walk away from...

I reserved a 4-bed private room but we were hosted in a 6-bed private room having to pay 6 seats instead of 4. The bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. For the rest it's a nice place. Watch out because the bar in front of the hostel is open until late night with people laughing and drinking in front...from...

Myself and my partner stayed at the hostel in mid July. We arrived by bus and the hostel was clearly signposted and only a minutes walk away from the bus stop- ideal if you're traveling via public transport. The hostels check in begins at four but as we had a suitcase we asked them whether we could check in earlier...

Be prepared for one of the most welcoming, stylish and un-pretentious place where you will be staying at. "What matters is on the inside" never fit so well. Welcoming, smiling staff, near the best beaches in the south of Portugal. A must repeat.

On a short bicycle trip I stayed at Amazigh Hostel. It is very well located. Impossible to not find at Aljezur and with an architecture integrated at the village I was very pleased with the kindness of the staff, the enjoyable design of the place and its amenities. Overall, I can strongly recommend this place.

Right across from the regional bus stop is a little bridge leading to Amazigh Hostel. My daughter and I arrived a bit early in the day, but we were lucky and our room was all ready for us. We were backpacking the coast and historical way of the Rota Vincentina of Portugal. It was such a pleasure to arrive at...

I enjoyed the feel of this hostel and the low-key energy. It's in a small town, not far from the Atlantic coast. I walked about halfway to the beach one day and hitched the rest of the way. The beds are comfortable. I loved the rock wall next to the staircase leading up to the rooms. The bathroom is nice...
