This is a great Ryokan with very comfortable rooms. The hospitality was great and the breakfast amazing. It is perfectly situated at the Island especially for hikes. Although it is a great place I would not recommend to stay overnight on this Island, because in the evening almost everything is closed and not much to do around. But if you...

We stayed here instead of Hiroshima and were not disappointed. We were able to visit there, not to be missed,on our way to Miyajima from elsewhere in Japan. We stayed in one of the traditional rooms on the first floor, although they also have western style rooms.A good experience but you have to sit or lie on the floor so don't expect to sit...

Great Ryokan out of the bustle of town. Spotless as everything seems to be in Japan. We stayed in a traditional room which was very comfortable with beautiful cotton. Bath excellent and as for the food everything very tasty. Loved the fusion breakfast with its cooked at the table fried egg and bacon. Good coffee and great friendly staff. Cannot...

I spent two nights in this ryokan. The room was perfect, clean, with air conditioning, and a toilet. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very very good, even though the staff does not speak English. They have free wifi that worked perfectly well. The only problem is that it's a bit far from the ferry (a 20-minute...

We spent one night here during our Japan vacation and we loved it. We had both a dinner the evening we arrived and breakfast the following morning, and loved every bite! We arrived early and our luggage was stored for us while we visited places on the island. The staff helped us book a late tour for a boat cruise...
