Very Low facility, No Breakfast and No Drinking water served or Kept in the Room, Tv has only 8 Channels and worst cleanliness, No responses for any query asked ,, Only facility is the Hotel is situated in the Heart of Klang

This hotel has 1 AC remote which is to be shared by all the rooms on the property. Room is not cleaned daily and nor are towels changed. The guest has to beg for new towels from the reception. Breakfast is provided on the following conditions; you have to call the reception one hour before breakfast time. The cook then...

1)Room cleanliness is satisfy unfortunately services was terrible when i reported toilet door was not fasten but still not getting answer fr managemeny. 2)Breakfast preparation is way too slow c/w No any food selection.

We arrived at the hotel and was shown to our room, a twin room. We asked for a double as we expected, but was told that it was not possible. During the 2days there we asked reception for a local map - none available, asked for where a church was- no idea, local attractions, was advised of Istana, but nothing...

Attended meeting for 3 days here. Rooms spacious and clean. However, beware- air conditioner cannot be controlled or adjusted by guests.It was freezing cold and you have to call receptionist who then sends a guard with you to adjust it!!He held on to the remote and refuse even to let u adjust it yourself.Bare minimal toiletries. Pls bring your own.No...

I came here for a meeting & stayed here for a week. The rooms were big, clean & adequate. Air conditioning worked well. CRT TV with basic channels. They only have free wifi in the lobby & coffee house. You may be able to get wifi if you stay on the second floor. The hotel food is quite decent but...

Stayed here for 4 nights with small children on work-related activities. Nothing positive to be highlighted except for adequate room size with basic amenities..quite a nice view from the 6th floor overlooking the sports area & glimpse of the istana. No concierge service for luggage and sometimes unable to park car behind the hotel..may be finished parking tickets especially after...

The hotel is very conveniently located: around 300 metres from the KMT Klang station and right at the heart of Little India. Room was big but quite smelly, furniture and services were basic but functioning. People at the front desk are helpful and friendly.
