I stayed two nights at Cornerstones whilst attending a weekend conference in the Trafford area of Manchester. There is ample off-road parking and I got a warm welcome from Tony & useful advice on local public transport into the city (a bus from right outside or an 8 minute walk to the tram). I had a single room - it...

Great guest house, beautiful house with lovely mix of original & modern decor, really comfortable & very reasonable. Cooked breakfast was lovely, Tony could not have been a better host even after we were locked out by some other guests!!. Will definitely stay again for visits as our daughter now lives down the road. Only very tiny suggestion for thicker...

More guest house than hotel. This of course means more personal attention. Being close to family in my old home town, I only needed a bed to rest my head. This is a Victorian building with many of the original features, which Tony has endeavoured to maintain. The place is warm, clean and comfortable. A single room for £35 a...

We travelled up to Manchester to watch United play and decided to stay here for 2 nights. It was located in a great area, not too close to the busy town but not too far out of the way. The place was lovely and clean and decorated nicely. Our room was cosy and comfortable with all the essentials provided. We...

Played the Ashton on Mersey golf course which was only 5 mins away an was a nice course. Tram stop outside bed and breakfast into Manchester city centre. Definately going to...

Really nice place to stay. A warm welcome on arrival with friendly service. Nice comfy bed in a clean and spacious room. Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast in the mornings. Within easy reach of Manchester centre. I'd stay there again so I recommend this guest house.

Fantastic room in beautiful old house. Everything good including the generous cooked breakfast. Set in lovely gardens very close to local shops and restaurants. Ideal location for Manchester, Trafford Park etc. If only all guest houses were like this! Well done to Tony.

The hotel is well decorated and tastefully so. A very well presented B&B. Well located too, close to the metro with good access to central Manchester. The trip was for work / socialising, so I left early and came back late. So i had little contact with the owner aside from a fairly perfuncary introduction on arrival and a thump...

We had no hesitation in returning to Cornerstones Guest House. The service is consistently excellent. Toni and Dee the proprietors, were charming and helpful. We were in Sale for a family funeral and Tony could not have been kinder or more sympathetic. Very clean rooms, beautiful food...perfect...We recommend this guest house unreservedly ....you will not be disappointed..We will be back.
