I returned after 2 years and found a 3 meter wall dividing the resort from the beach with a wooden staircase to go down. I don’t know how they could have done such a bad thing, in addition the WiFi is absolutely bad, impossible to use, continuously disconnecting. The whole structure requires urgent maintenance, the swimming pool has the borders destroyed and you can cut yourself, the only good point is the superior rooms see photos,

The staff was rude, the breakfast bad, the beach SUPER noisy on the mornings, as the path for the tow that gets stuff from the boat is just beside the hotel and they download stuff all morning. The room was ok, big, and clean. Got a massage at the spa, which was good, but the massage area is located just beside the pool, so u never relax as u hear all of the pool noises. Do not recommend this property at all.

Excellent Hotel! Very nice, polite and smiley staff. Very welcoming. Staff and people in the hotel were treated very nicely. Cleaners were very respectful!! Beautifully designed, on the right side of the beach. Sea was very clear! I entered the hotel and I felt very welcoming!! The staff from the hotel came to pick us from the pier, waiting for almost an hour!! When I entered the lobby the energy was very welcoming and felt like a good place to stay!! Absolutely excellent. If you asked the staff for something, they would be there to give it to you in minutes! Never took too long! Definitely worth the money, and very recommended!

Super nice resort! Situated at a quiet part of the beach. Stayed in a beachfront villa and have nothing to complain about. Stayed for four nights and would not stay at Koh Lipe for more than a week, unless you are a diver. Great snorkling areas close buy.

Our honeymoon deluxe room is right on the beach next to Bundhaya restaurant. However as they block entrance/exit in front of restaurant, it's forcing people to walk to the steps in front of our room, so we lost our privacy. The front door of our room is extremely hard to open and it's auto locked when you shut the door, unfortunately nobody told us of rather important and relevant info to not lock yourself outside where the lobby close at 10PM! One of the night we order room service for 3 dishes, food arrived with 4 dishes and one of them came wrong (spinach instead of beef !) So staff communication skills need improvement, where food was ok but the price is rather expensive. Last straw for us was at breakfast, we found our spoon coated with dried old food (egg yolk) and flakes of mold in our glass from their water dispenser that I found while drinking it half way down. It was so disgusting, I showed it to staff and sadly not a single apology was given. All in all they have good location on the beach and our room was nice and spacious but we'll not come back here for all the other disappointment we experienced.
