Our stay at Fadhila was a dream come true in the Togean Islands. We had nothing to worry about but getting up early to watch the sunrise, doing some wake up yoga, having breakfast, snorkelling a little bit in the surroundings (there are 6 turtles living there), eating fresh fish and other delicious things for lunch, doing a siesta at the hammock, reading at the beach, watching the crabs getting out from their homes in the afternoon, filmming the sunset from the harbour, eating an amazing and large dinner (with different dishes) while the moonrise and having a nice rest listening to the sea. Staff is very nice and thoughtful and they do free transfers by boat to Katupat village. We also did a volunteering at the village school and went to snorkelling excursions at many reefs, jellyfish lake and the mangrooves. Can’t look forward to coming back there and staying for more days (we already spent 6 nights). Super recomandable!

Fadhilah Cottages is the best kept secret in the Togean islands. Having been there twice before and going back again this June, I can honestly say that this little place is an awesome holiday. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the water and bathroom are fine. Food is very tasty and well prepared and all 3 meals are included. Ask for tuna sashimi(included in price) or seafood extravaganza and they will do their best to get what they can....this costs a bit extra but is well worth it and you simply pay the cost of buying the seafood. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though maybe a bit shy, but will go out of their way to ensure your stay is happy and well looked after. Ida does a great job of ensuring your needs are met, and Pak Saiful is always willing to help organise trips or excursions. Arman is an extremely capable dive guide, friendly and knowledgeable. The setting is stunning. Right in th he middle of the Togean islands and opposite the little village of Katupat, no other resort can boast 270 degrees of beach with the most amazing snorkelling right from the beach. 2 superb snorkelling reefs and 5 walk-in dive sites make this a spectacular dive destination. A short boat trip away is more diving than can be done on a two week holiday, with pristine reefs, crystal clear water and vibrant amazing sea-life. We even tried night-snorkelling and it was an experience of a lifetime. Equipment is well maintained and any issues with tanks have been resolved. Excursions abound.......highlights and not to be missed is the jellyfish lake, 1 of only 4 in the world that I know of. What makes this lake unique is that it has 2 species of stingless jellyfish......not just 1 like the more well know lake in Palau, Micronesia. Also, not to be missed is a dive on the WW2 bomber wreck (advanced diver required due to depth). Being so central means it's also possible to do day trips to the Bajo sea gypsies village as well as island hopping and dives to Una-Una volcano dive sites. Photography in the the local villages is also amazing. Occasionally there is a bit of noise from the village across the strait, but this has never been too much for us, even at Christmas and new-year. Fishing from the pier and stargazing are my favourite way of spending the evening, as well as chatting with friends and playing board-games. As mentioned by others, electricity is normally available only from 6pm to midnight, though for a small fee, can be left on all night, providing there is fuel. There is no cellular coverage or WiFi, so quality time with real people is par for the course. Also, though mosquito nets are provided in the rooms, bring plenty of repellent as this is unavailable on the island. There are a few snacks and beverages available, but please bear in mind that these are purchased on the mainland and brought in by boat, so are a bit more pricy than usual. The views are spectacular both from the resort and from other areas around the island. Walking and jungle trekking are easy and stunning, and a night amble to spot coconut crabs is also a highlight. Having said that, just walking around the shoreline at night with a torch was amazing, with creatures ranging from eels to baby stingrays and schools of striped catfish visible from the shore. PADI diving courses are available during June and July and December at the moment, as well as night snorkelling and flo-night diving (diving with UV light) This is only available at certain times, so please check with management to avoid disappointment. Overall, I can honestly say that this is one one the best places I have ever been to and I am hoping to go back this June for more. I will update this review if anything has changed.

This Resort is located at Pangimpa Island, one of island in Togean Island, near Ketupat Island. There is no phone connection here, so U Will isolated from outside. But, I think this is the best way to have a fantastic vacation. Room is clean and have enought water for visitors. The food very good and they are all very friendly. U can swim and snorkeling in the beach, there is fantastic sea view down there with fish and coral.

We found it. Paradise on Earth. This is the most beautiful and peaceful place we have ever been. The bungalows are great, the food good and all the staff are soooooo nice. Ida and the rest are doing the best to make you feel like a part of the family. With no WiFi you have all the time you want to just relax and enjoy the island. We will be back again for sure. It takes a time to get here, but it’s really worth everything.

We made the classic mistake of getting on a bad boat en route to elsewhere. As the sunset and the weather got worse we asked the captain to pull in for the night and found ourselves here. What a welcome surprise. Gail and Edi were fabulous. We ended up staying a couple of nights till the weather subsided. Food was delicious and cooked with love. Snorkelling good. Can't comment on diving. Huts were comfortable. Hate the electricity going off at 11pm. Makes for a hot night. But that seems to happen in all the places in this region. Thanks ladies. You made it good.

Fadhila Cottagers was for us a stopover on the way to Togian islands. We had to make a stop as my daughter got very sunburnt on the ferry (the infamous Pushpita) Stayed here 3 days for her to recover so we did not do anything much.

The resort itself is very nice. The food was not bad, the beach and the nearby reefs are beautiful. The bungalows are okay, even if the bathrooms are quite small (even for deluxe rooms). However, very close from the resort (about 200 m) is a small village. During the 2 days, where we stayed at the resort and tried to relax, there was party in the village. The music was extremely loud and the karaoke singers were definitely no professional musicians. The karaoke lasted until about 2 am, such that it was impossible to sleep until then. I am sure, this is not the case every day. However, for me it was horrible, as I could sleep only about 4h per night..
