Easily my favorite place I have stayed in Sicily. I brought an entire class of university geology students, and the people at Santa Margherita made the entire thing seamless. They met the bus, had a welcome for our group, and served an incredible dinner. You almost feel like you are family. The setting is beautiful and the value is incredible....

We loved staying at Agriturismo Santa Margherita. The view is amazing. We arrived in Palermo, spent the day in Cefalu and then drove here for 2 nights. We loved it as a base for exploring the north coast, and then stopped at Taormina on our way south. The food is wonderful--delicious breakfasts with many different choices. We bought some jam...

We spent 7 nights here. Although awkward to drive to,we were pleasantly surprised by the farm. Dinners were amazing, and if possible, suggest itinerary around a Wednesday night. Which is Sicilian night! Great hosts who try very hard to accommodate needs. Absolutely stunning views of the Aeolians.

It is true the roads to this place are scary to drive along but when you get to your destination you find out it's well worth it. Pool amazing, food amazing, bar good value. The room needs air con!! And look out for the Mosquitos . Staff were excellent and great value for money

I rented an apartment with my two tween daughters for a week. The apartment was very basic but the experience was extraordinary! The farm is up about 40 hairpin turns tucked away in the mountains. The views of the water were spectacular. When I opened my huge shutters the first morning, I was struck with the warm red glow of...

We spend 2 weeks in Sicily at this location and had a wonderful Holliday. The rooms are basic, but this was greatly compensated by the delicious Sicilian lunches and diners and great views. The owner Giuseppe informs you in a very typical Italian enthusiastic way about things to do and to see.

Views down to the sea were great. Staff friendly. Excellent dinner - highly recommended to stay for dinner with produce from the farm. Even a pool and tennis court. Great terrace outside the restaurant and reception and beach is around ten mins drive - it's a pebble beach not soft sand but the water is clear.

This authentic retreat is wonderful. If you love simplicity and delicious food, this is the place. Giuseppe and his family and staff are very friendly and helpful. But don't come here only for a one night stay with breakfast. Come and stay a few nights with half board pension and enjoy the dinner in the evening. A nearly never ending...

This was our second visit to this agriturismo and it was the repeated pleasure we expected. A mix up in our reservation landed us at the hotel without reservations. The helpful staff helped to make everything work out. We had a little apartment with balcony with views to the sea, delicious meals and a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Most of...
