Detailed Reviews
A beautiful road winds its way up to this extraordinary mountain lodge. The Albergo is “down to earth“, as its name suggests (bucaneve means snowdrops), yet nothing is missing: cozy beds, soft towels, luxury cosmetics and stunning views. The restaurant serves highest quality local specialties in a tastefully designed dining room with a huge fireplace. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place can be a secret escape for a weekend just to enjoy the food, the food, and a hike or two, or for longer stays if you want to indulge more seriously in the abundant offerings of the Oasi Zegna nature reserve.

Our family stayed at this hotel during our bike trip through the alps. What can I say, other than wow. You can tell someone loves their property, it is has such charm and warmth. Beds were amazing. Rooms are great. Nice lodge feel. Service was great with a welcome from the owner upon arrival. Wished we could have stayed longer. Price was great!

two weeks ago i've spent with my family a week-end in Bielmonte by the Bucaneve hotel.
Dinner was fantastic, the food was really super!
Our room was nice and the hotel is very cozy and warm..breakfast had fantastic cakes and last but not least: they are dog friendly! :-)
unfortunately we had no time to visit their wellness center but this is the reason why we'll return there very soon!
people working there are all very polite! and everything is very clean!

Hotel was recommended in AD Germany and was worth it. Marvelous hotel, views, comfort and food! Definitely recommended to visit this as long as prices are still affordable. The restaurant was great. The location was breathtaking as well as the decoration of the rooms. We will definitely come back as soon as we can.

It's difficult to know where to start when reviewing this gem of a hotel. Bielmonte isn't an internationally renowned snow resort, and we were not expecting such an amazing welcome and experience for our brief stay between Christmas and New Year. We chose the hotel and the resort as they were within a short drive from family we were staying with during the Christmas holidays. However, we totally stroke it lucky, and we are planning to go back!!!
We stayed in 'family rooms', which is to say a spacious double bedroom with direct access to another bedroom with two single beds for our young girls. The master bedroom had a balcony and both rooms has gorgeous views over the Pianura Padana, for miles and miles and miles. They were super clean, including the bathrooms, and had a warm cosy feel due to the wood decor throughout. The service was impeccable - every little need of ours was anticipated by the attentive staff, and solutions suggested even before we'd asked! (eg a side bar for one of the single beds for our 2 year old, checking out a little later so I could nap in the room because I was sick, board games and colouring equipment to keep the kids busy before meal times, eating a little earlier to accommodate the kids' routine etc etc...).
The food was amazing , both in the more formal restaurant in the evening, and at lunchtime in the Bistro area. Very reasonable prices too. Service was again very accommodating, discreet, and welcoming for the girls. Both girls loved their hotel stay and din't want it to end!!
Unfortunately we couldn't use the Spa on this occasion - one more reason to go back!

I had gone for a business summit and my three days stay at Bucaneve was super warm and cosy. Right from the hotel reception to the rooms. The place gives a friendly homely vibe. Made from refurbished wood, overlooking a valley, the chalet's biggest highlight is the incredible food experience made of all organic freshly sourced produce from the mountains.
Breakfast is yum!
The air around you is fantastic. Biking /skiing options. Hiking tracks close by. Rooms are a little small but cosy. Simplistic baths with all amenities. My room had a quite sit out area for 2 and I wish I had more time to sit there gazing over the valley.
The hotel also houses a lovely spa that can be used over the weekends.

+1
On a sunny day you can see for miles. This is a ski resort in winter and hiking and outdoor sports in the summer months. We have visited in the past for the view, but wanted to try the restaurant. We were greeted by the host and hostess. The wine selection was good and we tried the house red which went well with our dinner selection. They offer English menus as well as Italian. We tried two first plates, one on mixed meats and cheese and the other of gnocchi in deer ragu sauce. Both were excellent. For the main course they were both Angus beef, one filet and one grill. Both melted in our mouths. Perfectly aged and prepared. Price was very reasonable for what we had. I highly recommend this if you are near the Italian ski areas.

I had booked for the wedding night a room with a panoramic view but once I arrived at the hotel I was told that I would not have the room booked costing 200 euros but another choice from them, without having had notice and choice
