Armand the owner and his staff have been nothing but amazing and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

Accommodations are appropriate and do the job.

They are very helpful in planning the rest of your trip if you are still undecided on the derails.

Very friendly and informative host who drives you around the area for free - delicious fresh made food (from their own garden) - very clean and comfortable rooms ( be prepared to cuddle - beds are a bit small :))
It feels like a small paradise in the middle of nowhere! 6 (of the most beautiful) Waterfalls in (more or less) walking distance!

We can really recommend this lovely place!

When I first heard and read about this place, I was a bit skeptical. Googled it, and still wasnt very confinced. On the published pictures, the tents didnt really looked tempting. We couldn't see much when we arrived, because it was already dark. I was put into one of the rooms for 3 persons together with 2 colleagues. Got to our room, put my stuff in the room. A bit later, dinner was served on long tables and it was really delicious and not spicy. Later on I went to sleep. It was pretty comfortable.
On the next morning I could finally see the whole location and I was surprised. Its more beautiful than expected. There are a lot of flowers, the rooms look pretty, the tents look pretty too. There were several rooms (3pax) and dormitories (8pax)

It was really nice there. The food was nice, the atmosphere, the people were friendly. The program was also nice, some of us went rafting, and some others visited the salak and orchid plantations. On the next day some of us joined the lava tour (approx. 3 hours), starting at 6 am from Dear Traveller, and after that we went back for breakfast. Later we visited the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Some of us climbed down and some stayed at the panorama spot.

I would highly recommend Dear Traveller.

Thanks Mas Arma too

We were really happy to find this spot while we visited some of the beautiful waterfalls of East Java. The owner and staff here are very friendly and full of helpful advice. In our case, we parked our campervan here for a couple of nights and used the camping facilities (Western toilet, awesome outdoor shower). They have a small restaurant so you don't have to search for a place to eat in town, and the food is great (breakfast, lunch, and dinner available). The space is really well-designed with volcano views, nice landscaping/plants, and a garden, where they get some of the ingredients for the dishes. They also offer rafting trips and can hook you up with tours to Ijen or Bromo.

Staying here felt like staying in the middle of a beautiful garden, there are flowers and greenery all around. This stay is just beautiful. The location is awesome! All the waterfalls are so nearby, you can see Mt Semuru also after just few steps from the property. The staff was so courteous, helpful and informative.
We stayed here for 1 day and even though we had not booked any tours with them, they told us how to reach the waterfalls, how to navigate trek once down the waterfalls, even told us that we can see Mt semuru from just few steps away. They provided us extra blankets also when they heard that we were cold.
The food was very good, the veg soup, fries, onion rings, pancakes, omelette all were good.
We did not have any issues finding the place on google maps, the roads to and from were very good as well.
Ambiance of the room was lovely and rustic as well with open washroom.
