Stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place. The room was large and well fitted out. The furniture and fittings were top spec. King Tut would have have felt right at home in the toilet with it's large stone tiles and high ceiling. Why they didn't include a sink in the toilet is a mystery as you have...

We just ate here, did not stay here for the night. We were nicely surprised with the nice spot by the Ourthe, a little streaming river. We had a table inside, for we did not reserve a table. The food was very good, authentic and fresh. Also the service was friendly and the price worthwhile. Definitely worth a visit and...

Tranquil and charming next to the river Ourthe. Maybe the smallest of hamlets along the road. Excellent cuisine, I had the best trout in years. We (father & 14 year old daughter) got an appartment looking out over the river. Safe for the occasional dog barking a zen-like stillness in the air. Nice service also. Bit of a bummer was...

We had a nice little 1st floor room right on the river with a balcony door but with no balcony...very interesting...the hotel had a small pool, authentic and cozy common premises, very friendly people, and most memorable was our dinner - excellent presentation and good quality food! We recommend to reserve the table in advance...

Now a bit more than 30 years I'm visiting the place. Seen owners come and go, but it remains a fantastic get-away place. Located in the middle of nowhere and surround by nature itself. The hotel offers great accomodation for every kind of traveller. The food is very good specially when enjoyed a the terras on a sunny day. The...

Stayed for one night on our bike trip to UK. The hotel is off main roads in an absolutely quite and picturesque little village far from the crowds (and far from mobile phone signal - you have to climb a hill to place a call - which was the only fault of the place). Our room was spacious, clean and...

We chose the Hotel a La Ferme as we booked rooms quite late for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. Sy is a quiet little town with only a few inns and houses and is definitely off the beaten path. We were happy with our choice- the rooms were quite decent and we found the hotel owners and staff to...

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 20 people. We were made very welcome and we were given additional security for the motorbikes. Marc and Lucy, the owners, were very welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was traditionally continental and plentiful. The evening meals were on par with any 5 star restaurant I have...

Second time we stayed here for 2 nights on a motorcycle trip. Wonderful restaurant, elegant and very good food, charming young waiting staff, very hospitable owners. Beautiful but small terrace on the river. We had an apartment (nr 9) across the street in a separate house and to our surprise it was huge with a kitchen, living room and 2...

Stayed four nights with a group of 20 people. We were made very welcome by Lucy and Marc the owners. Our rooms were first rate, the ambience in the hotel was very pleasant, the location superb and our evening meals were typical local cuisine but absolutely delicious, made from fresh produce, served hot and efficiently. Breakfast is plentiful and the...

“Some tips: the rooms can vary on their type and building they are located in. When you book in advance you can ask for a more modern room if the rustique style is not your thing. If you go with children you can ask for a room near the swimming pool (that way they don't have to cross the street).”

“Try hotel down the road.”

“Don't take the appartment, the beds were good ( better then the hotel, less hard ) but the appartement is very poor, old fashion, some things were broken. And the kitchen was closed by a key, their explanation was that the appartment was rented as a hotel room so the kitchen didn't may be used. If you pay 150 Euro for one night at this appartment i think it should be possible to use at least the frigde. This appartment was upstairs, there was one downstairs also but don't know how this looks like.”
