My husband and I stayed at Alpine Central for two nights. Both Rhys and Jenna were incredible hosts. They responded to our emails promptly and were incredibly helpful and patient with our two young children (age 6 and age 2). While this is essentially a place perfect for your travellers and couples we felt comfortable here with the children and they certainly enjoyed chatting to everyone! Rooms are basic and the bathroom was tiny in the room we had but for the price and for only two nights it was great. We could have happily stayed longer. Location is great for Hirafu, the free shuttle bus near by has you in central Hirafu in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast is simple but tasty, scrambled eggs, toast and a variety of cereals. What more would you want?!

We are happy about our stay at Alpine Central. The hosts made our Stay very comfortable. The place is very accessible by Bus and within a 15min walk from the Centre. The place offers Cosy romms and has a great Living room to share with other Visitors.

Absolute ripper accommodation! The whole staff, Jenna, Rhys and Andi, are all absolute legends and are always up for a chat! They pick you up and drop you off at your bus and put on an unreal brekky every morning! The rooms are fantastic, free wi fi, hot water, and an excellent drying room. Alpine is also just around the corner from a bus stop where the free shuttle bus stops to take you to the slopes. Would highly recommend! :)

Lovely stay at Alpine, nice ski lodge. Thanks to Jenna, Rhys and Andi for looking after us. Place was really homely and clean, loved chilling in the lounge after a hard day skiing. Would reccommend to everyone

Everything was handled perfectly. Good room for drying clothes and equipment. Cozy common rooms. Nice restaurants at a walking distance. Nice and helpful personnel who could provide tips and accurate information.

All good. The communal area downstairs was warm and cosy and the room was clean and comfortable. The manager's ran the place with just the right measure of efficiency and friendliness. Ski and boot room in the basement. Walking distance to town for a night out but you'll need the shuttle bus if you've got ski boots on.

My friends and I had a great stay at Alpine. The staff were very friendly and provided useful advice. The common area was very warm and cosy for us to relax after a tiring day of snowboarding. The soup curry restaurant located just a few minutes walk from the accommodation was very delicious and unique, as recommended by the staff. The location is a fair bit away from the town center but there is a bus that can bring us to the town center/walking is also a nice option. The room is a bit squeezy for 3 people and the pillows are a bit flat but we still managed to get a good nights rest. Overall, a wonderful experience staying at Alpine! Thanks for everything :)

Really enjoyed our brief stay here, but even more helpful was the communication from jenna (host) prior to our arrival with tips and organising things. Cosy and relaxed place. We didn't ski from this hotel so i can't comment on how it is location wise for skiing but it is walking distance to the bus stop Would definately recommend staying here for the service value alone.
