Stayed 2 nights with my husband and son as I wanted to experience staying in Niseko even though we were not into skiing. My son enjoyed Chalet Ivy the most comparing to the other hotels we stayed in other parts of Hokkaido.

Went over Easter 2018 near the end of the ski season. Overall excellent with little to fault. Let's start with the good stuff and end with the areas for improvement.
Good Stuff:

The Penthouse at the Chalet Ivy
Dear Ivy, When do bookings for January 2019 open? Thank you
Hi, how to get to Chalet Ivy from New Chitose Airport. We are arriving 24Nov17 and will be taking public transports. Thanks!
Usually you could book one of the ski shuttles but they don't start it seems until Dec 1st. Google "HOKKAIDO RESORT LINER | Hokkaido Access Network Co.,Ltd" to find the link to the ski shuttle from the airport to Niseko. But since that is the case (that's it's to running on Nov 25), you can either contact the hotel via email (they're fairly helpful and can advise you) or you can book private transportation from the airport to Niseko. IF you do manage to take a bus/shuttle, the get off at the Hirafu Welcome Centre in Niseko (and catch it there again to go back to the airport). The Hiarafu Welcome Centre is literally next door to the Chalet Ivy...you can easily walk there. Good luck!

is there a private in room onsen in ur deluxe onsen suite? any picture of how the in room onsen looks?
It says on their website that there is a private onsen in the deluxe onsen suite with the courtyard view and that is what I booked for but we were disappointed to figure out that it was a normal bathtub...so I personally do not recommend you to pay extra for nothing

Hi may I know any activity for 1 yrs old?
Not sure there is anything special for such a small child. I also don't think the hotel has any child care. You might want to ask the hotel.
