I have all but praises for Ki Niseko. We got a one bedroom suite and it was well appointed and very very clean. It was big and spacious and all items in the room were well thought of. I super love the kitchen, it was a complete package which was a real plus factor. The dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, pots/pans/plates and utensils were all there!!! There’s also laundry machine!!! The pajama sets provided were very nice too and of good quality. Imagine you can even wear it at the dining area when you go for breakfast. They also have a very nice onsen area which my son truly loved to the maximum. The ski valet was a very good idea as well. It was so convenient and super accessible. They have very good staff manning the area. Very helpful and very patient. The hotel also was very conveniently located next to Grand Hirafu Mountain Center and the Hirafu gondola. Everything was walking distance. The staff were all very accommodating, warm and attentive from the time we were fetched at the Hirafu Welcome Center to the day we checked out. They have varied staff nationalities, and they do converse well in English. Prior to our arrival, we have various inquiries which they promptly answered. They arranged for all our ski lessons, ski equipment and lift passes. It was truly a breeze. They gave good discounts too given it was not peak season anymore. Really so gratefully for this They have very good food too! Buffet breakfast was always a joy. They have a very generous spread. Lot of healthy choices to choose from. From fruits to salad to cheese to nuts to rice to eggs (best soft boiled) and Japanese/Western viand staples. It was a beautiful fusion! But what was really amazing was the very good view of Mt. Yotei that we had. It was just so magnificent and amazing. On our first morning, we were amazed by a snow covered area with Mt Yotei as a backdrop. This was unexpected and we can’t be happier! Thank you Ki Niseko.

We had a lovely stay at Ki Niseko. Front desk was very helpful and the ski valet staff was personable and very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious. And the restaurant was great to visit after a day of skiing. Wait staff was super friendly. i'm not sure which I enjoyed most; the onsen, breakfast buffet or lounging in my Ki Samue. All in all, it was a very special week

Wonderful stay at Ki, fantastic facilities, big room and lovely Onsen. So close to lifts and ski concierge was great! Concierge team were incredibly helpful before and after stay. I thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel when skiing in Niseko.

Our family stayed at Ki Niseko for 3 nights in early January 2024...one of our best experiences. Located next to Hirafu Mountain Center and Holiday Pair Lift 1, it's convenient for us to pick up ski gears at a counter inside the hotel and directly ski in & out. This area is less crowded than those around Ace Family Lift at the west of Grand Hirafu...thus, an ideal place for beginners. Our Nitori Room is spatial, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with various facilities & furniture, including stoves, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, utensils, dining table, etc. Our room was supposed to have Mt. Yotei view. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow & cloudy during our first 3 days. If you visit Niseko during heavy snow season, booking the volcano view room is at your own risk. Majority of the hotel staff are international. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offered our family complimentary private onsen and transfer to Hirafu Welcome Center's bus stop. Breakfast is delicious and with sufficient variety of foods, though the menu was nearly the same everyday during our stay. All in all, we would recommend Ki Niseko and hope to come back again.

An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Although it is a pity that they don't seems to provide room-service of food, as I was feeling unwell and still needed to dine at the restaurant for my breakfast and lunch. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.

I can’t praise this hotel enough, it is perfection! The location couldn’t be closer to the gondola, you can ski up to the back door where the lovely concierge staff gather your ski equipment. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is excellent with both western and eastern options available. The location is great - in the heart of Grand Hirafu. Best of all is the onsen - sauna, ice bath and both and indoor and outdoor onsen - amazing after a day on the slopes!

we spent 3 weeks at this beautiful resort in Niseko. Ski in ski out fabulous friendly staff at the boot room. Hotel staff were very friendly with good level of English. We loved the convenience of a shuttle bus every 20 mins around town. The onsen was most relaxing and very clean. Housekeeping and general cleanliness around the resort was excellent. We will be back!

Overall an excellent hotel, we stayed for 8 nights and had great service from the hotel. The hotel is ski to door and the ski room personnel are great. The rooms are excellent and the hotel staff are excellent (however see below). The hotel is right at the Hirafu Lift and is perfect to walk there to ski and also to walk into town for restaurants (10 minutes max). Great concierge service - we booked the Sky Transfer from New Chitose airport. The restaurant An Dining was also good but we had a big issue with one of the waitresses (British). She had a very bad attitude towards the 10 month old baby in our group and she was also rude to me, and in 2 further separate occasions, to members of our group. It's a shame that this one individual could have such an impact on our otherwise excellent stay.

Ki Niseko, one word: AMAZING!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here as a family unit and the service and quality is still 2nd to none. There were 8 of us staying which meant 2 full apartment style units. These were super comfortable with great views of the slopes and the gondola (which meant we could time our runs perfectly). The restaurant and bar serves amazing food and an excellent range of beverages - western and Japanese. The service from the ski valets was next level, always cheerful with excellent advice and great banter. Although on the higher end price wise, it was worth every dollar and I will endeavour to get there again
