We stayed for 3 nights, using the inn as a base for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. Everything about the experience was adequate, but a few things let it down. Our bedroom was not cleaned at all during our break, nor were towels changed or tea replenished. The fruit selection at breakfast for 2 days consisted of a solitary apple. This... More

Had few meals at the inn lately and I can say the food has been very good excellent service from staff Andrew Ross and Michael. All down to Debbie. Who manages the inn extremely. Well at moment the inn is getting a well deserved facelift

Lovely old Inn with a large car park at the rear. Lovely old large open wood surround fire place in the Bar. Unfortunately only one real ale available (Greene King IPA), which was only in average condition. Fairly good bar menu which included sandwiches. We had sandwiches. Premises have a separate restaurant and facilities for Wedding Receptions. It was a... More

Love coming to Scole Inn, mainly for the spooky goings on, this is my 4th visit. I've stayed in; The Sundial Room, Emma's Room(had interaction from something unknown) Nelson's Room and this visit we were in King Charles 2 room. Another encounter that I can not explain. The inn is old and quirky with many original features, the fireplaces, oak... More

I stayed for one night in a group of people for a reunion. The room was very comfortable, with a good breakfast. I didn't lunch or dine there, but the pub bar area was very pleasant for a drink and a chat. Scole village is small and quiet, but there are nice walks - I took an early morning stroll... More

We stayed from Sunday to Saturday..The only good thing we had a ground floor room. (Stable Block) as I only have the one leg and stairs a problem..And the breakfast was well cooked.. And that's about it. I could write a lot of negatives about the Inn but not enough time. Just to say we won't be back, and thank... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, once you get over the age of The Scole you will understand why the walls are out of line and so are the stairs this makes for an interesting walk to your room after a drink !!!!!! we had a lovely time here and will be going back.
